A bright semi-floor with two bedrooms and a garage

Wonderful place with everything you need. The air conditioning works well, and it is quiet from street noise. It is also very spacious with tons of plants that give it a natural touch. However, some small details are that it is a but dusty, the speaker of the projector is not ideal for watching TV, and sometimes you can hear the neighbors. Beyond this, I would happily cone back and stay hers again.

Very good location, close to the famous San Telmo fair and San Telmo Market, great bakeries in the area. On the street, there are kiosks that are open until dawn, great for saving the hunger of the dawn. On the same street, there is a pharmacy and a market. It is very close to the Obelisk and Avenida Corrientes. You can do everything on foot, it's not an exaggeration, but if you're willing to walk, you can do everything easily, which was my case. I recommend it. Ah... the view from the apartment is beautiful, waking up and taking a picture of the sunrise is amazing!!
