We were very well hosted by Chantal. Accommodation perfectly matches the description, simple, clean, quiet and very functional, with a washing machine available! and a small south-facing terrace facing the garden. We arrived at the end of the day, the shops were already all closed and Chantal was kind enough to help us out with bread, pasta and green beans so that we could have a meal! A big thank you to her for her generosity! the accommodation is close to all tourist sites so perfect for us. Thanks again, Chantal.

We had a great family holiday at Fabrice's place. The house is in a very good location with many activities in the surroundings. The area is very rich in walks, prehistoric rock shelters, geological cave, medieval or cave village, castles and canoe rides on the Vezere! Fabrice advised us at the beginning of our stay and we were not disappointed! The smuggler's house has a story and it's a real vacation home where you feel good. Yes, there are walkers on the trail and on the river, but that doesn't bother people are polite and nice encounters can be made. Finally, what a joy to go swimming in the river when you want! The only downside are the mosquitoes but the house has outlets for the rooms, and the swallows and bat take over the tortillon at night.
