Villa vacation rentals in La Peraleja

We've been staying at this listing for a month with three adults and a baby. The photos they show are completely true, the pool is a wonder, the views are great, the house is just outside the village and you have absolute privacy on the estate. Antonio and the people in charge of the house have been aware of us at all times, there is a person who does the maintenance of the pool daily in the morning and it is a pleasure to lift and that is ready, in addition he is a charming man. The house has everything you need. Absolutely everything, the kitchen is fully stocked and it's wonderful to have dinner outside. We have been successful in choosing this place for the month of July and after seeing it we are sure it will only be the first time. Recommended :)

Very tastefully renovated accommodation. Two floors with a very well-equipped and beautiful kitchen. It has 2 bathrooms but, since it has three separate toilets, it's like there are 2.5 bathrooms. A nice terrace with a swimming pool, trampoline and everything with taste. Very smooth communication and everything was clean and tidy. We really liked it.

Ivan and Isabel and their children are wonderful hosts. They have been attentive to us on an ongoing basis and our welcome in the house was exceptional. Very punctual, they had the huge detail to leave us a lot of cold drinks, multiple fruits and even ice cream for the little ones. They offered tips on what to do in the area and what to visit. In addition to giving us all kinds of facilities in the house, communication with Iván was perfect. Friendly and very, very friendly. The house was tidy, clean, and has everything you need and more. But the most incredible thing about this house is the atmosphere that you breathe in it. It conveys peace and serenity, probably, for the beautiful moments that different generations have lived in it. We have relaxed a lot, enjoying all the stays; especially the garden with its wonderful views and sunsets, the pool and the great living room. I'm sure we'll be back. It was a perfect relaxing week.

Everything was perfect, good communication, readiness for everything and total ease.

The house is wonderful and they are super attentive. The kitchen has everything in addition to being very cool. The table on the porch is very comfortable. The pool area is even better than the photos suggest. The sunsets at Farah and Jacobo's place are beautiful. The development also has tennis and paddle courts, a beach where you can rent pirates and a nautical club. A great place. Although it was hot for August, thanks to the air conditioning, we were able to cool the rooms before going to sleep. We would gladly return.

Highly recommended place to stay. We were surprised by how well-equipped it is, it has everything you need. We had a fantastic few days. I deal with the host was very good. A large, spacious and well-maintained house. We will definitely be back.

Lucio attended us unbeatably upon our arrival and our trip. He showed us the house as he explained how everything works. If you have to stay in a house with family or friends, this is an option that you will certainly not regret.

It has been wonderful to rent this house. The service was unbeatable: easy, fast... As for the house, it gathers everything we were looking for: a perfect and well-kept garden, swimming pool, barbecue, and an interior that did not lack anything. Great stay in this house. The hosts have made it easy at all times and even allowed us to enter an hour early since the accommodation was available. A speaker broke and they made arrangements to leave us another, which is also greatly appreciated. The house and the property is a 10, we had a great time. To repeat in the future, no doubt.

Speaking of the accommodation itself, it was spectacular, everything was clean, quiet, comfortable, the private pool is a common area but the owners let us be alone, it really felt like home, the kitchen and common areas are shared with other guests but we were alone. On the other hand, the owners are very friendly, attentive people and always try to help with everything that is asked. That's definitely what we liked the most. They also have a beautiful and very affectionate, playful puppy. I definitely recommend this place blindly. We also had a barbecue. Thank you very much to Agusto and Aliana

Perfect stay in a wonderful house that has everything you need. Common areas to rest and an outdoor area with a pool and armchairs. You can't ask for more. Parking without any problem. Very quiet area. Well connected to move around the area. Communication with Esther is very good. A great welcome on your part and many amenities. It provides you with information about the area. I would repeat a few days without any hesitation

We had a wonderful time, Raquel and her family are great, I recommend them 100%, they treated us as if we were family, it's nice to deal with people of this quality, we came home happy!
