We had a great time with the family. The location is ideal to reach the old port of La Rochelle. Quiet, well-equipped, clean, great for us. Parking is a real plus to leave bikes safe. Thank you very much to you and Sylvie for hosting us

Firstly Patrick was great to deal, he was very responsive and did everything to make our stay comfortable. Patrick met me at the apartment and took me through all the required features and provided great local recommendations. The apartment is spacious and is in the best part of La Rochelle, you walk out the front door and you are right in the restaurant area and only a few minutes walk to the markets and town, you couldn’t get a better location. Despite being right where the action is the apartment is completely noise free and you are guaranteed a great nights sleep. There is a good oven, kitchen things, washing machine and dryer, basically everything you need for a stay. I highly recommend Patrick’s place, it ticks all the boxes.

Stayed here for rugby game and appartment is very central to everything. Great views from roof top terrace and communication re location, checking in, keys, etc was excellent.

We couldn't have asked for better for our stay in La Rochelle with friends. Located in the center, everything is in walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Guillaume was very accommodating and friendly. We recommend 200%.

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

Well-located townhouse with local shops and welcoming merchants... The house is spacious, well-equipped, we couldn't enjoy the pool due to the weather... we recommend this rental... and it's for our next visit.

We had a pleasant stay at Jennifer's… the apartment is functional, and carefully decorated. The residence is quiet, which is ideal for relaxation. In addition, the children were able to enjoy the indoor and heated pool!!! Excellent!

Excellent stay in Le Petit Chai at Ida and Didier's! We were warmly welcomed by very friendly hosts. The accommodation is really well equipped, comfortable and cozy. The bedding is great. The availability of 2 good bikes is a real plus... we also enjoyed it thanks to the many good travel tips from Ida and Dider. We highly recommend Le Petit Chai.

The house totally lives up to the description. The layout and interior amenities have been taken care of, the kitchen is very well supplied for real cooking, the bedding is good quality and the spa/sport area is clean! No complaints. The environment is well oriented for the sun, not overlooked, and peaceful. To get around, a car is required. Marion was always available and responsive to our requests. You can book without so much as a second thought. 👍

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. The decor is charming, cozy and very personal, quite untypical for a vacation home. We particularly enjoyed the superbly equipped kitchen, which is tastefully integrated into the apartment. The small courtyard is also great when the weather is good. We felt very comfortable - unreserved recommendation for the vacation home!

Communication with Sandrine was excellent. He let us in before check in. The perfect apartment for a family. A very quiet area and easy to park. Wonderful terrace, unfortunate not having enjoyed it in the rain. Walkable to downtown in 22 minutes, there is also bus nearby. A Carrefour is a 5-minute walk away. Overall we had a really good time thanks to this reservation and her host. Thank you Sandrine!

Very welcoming hosts, very considerate. The apartment is very nice, very quiet and has a very nice terrace. Food shops and beach at the foot of the building.
