A pleasant weekend in a quiet, beautiful and comfortable apartment. The big plus of walking to the sea

Communication with Marie and the concierge is perfect. Check-in and checkout are flexible. The accommodation has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Departure cleaning is included, royal. Ideally located facing the ocean with the Cordouan lighthouse in a postcard across the bay. The street is very lively, with a lot of traffic but the garden and the hedge are isolated, and the door frames are of quality, and what an ease to be able to park in the driveway! lots of good restaurants nearby and a bakery, access to the Grande Côte beach 10 min walk, happiness!

Very good stay at Alisée's apartment. We feel that this apartment is not only an investment to accommodate tourists but also a small holiday cocoon that the owners have arranged. Very quiet area 2 min walk from shops and the beach of Saint-Palais. The apartment is luminous, well arranged and well-equipped (with a real espresso machine:-) ). Comfortable bedding. Warm welcome by Claire and Alexa from “Alexa's Lodge”. Accommodation found very clean upon arrival, which is well appreciated.

Located inside the Golf, very quiet place with garden, allowing you to rest under the pine trees. The apartment is fully functional and well-equipped. The beautiful Cordouan pine beach is accessed by a bike/pedestrian path, which is very nice when you don't want to be in the middle of cars. Brigitte and Daniel are very welcoming. In short, our stay went very well.

We had a great time at Fabrice's place. The apartment is very well located, very well-equipped, impeccable cleanliness as well as Fabrice's welcome. We had a lovely time in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer. The apartment is on the street, but it is a great starting point for swimming, restaurants and beautiful excursions in the area. Franceline is a great hostess and also made sure that the vacation went smoothly and that we felt right at home in the apartment. Thank you very much!

The location of this apartment is excellent. Very walkable to all areas of interest/inportance in La Rochelle including the Vieux-Port, aquarium, train station, Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is well furnished and it is great to have a private outdoor space as well as big windows looking out over the marina. The hosts are responsive and helpful if any issues or questions arise. The Café downstairs is also worth checking out. Definitely would recommend for your visit to La Rochelle!

Very nice hosting by Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is lovely. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for any questions. I recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with family in Les Pargaux. The accommodation is designed to make you feel instantly at home: functional kitchen, neat decoration and impeccable cleanliness. The garden is a haven of peace. The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing. The nearby 🎾 court is 👌 The location is simply ideal, between the vineyards and the ocean, perfect for beautiful bike rides or to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Médoc. The presence of Naïa, the sweet dog, brought a nice touch of warmth to our stay, especially for our son who loved her! Our hosts were extremely attentive and discreet. Their welcome, punctuated by delicate touches from the moment we arrived, testifies to a real passion for the place and the well-being of travelers. In summary: a memorable and rejuvenating stay. Very good stay. Quiet environment, easy to access, well-equipped accommodation. The campsite is also quiet, well maintained. Very good stay with the kids.

Very nice accommodation with its small terrace out of sight. The jacuzzi is a real treat whatever the weather. Very well located on the island. You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming. A big thank you. We'll be happy to do it again.
