The house totally lives up to the description. The layout and interior amenities have been taken care of, the kitchen is very well supplied for real cooking, the bedding is good quality and the spa/sport area is clean! No complaints. The environment is well oriented for the sun, not overlooked, and peaceful. To get around, a car is required. Marion was always available and responsive to our requests. You can book without so much as a second thought. 👍

Quite demanding by nature, I can say that the accommodation is of very good quality. Excellent cleanliness and level of equipment. No complaints. Nathalie was there when we needed her. I would definitely recommend this listing which ticks all the boxes. Very well hosted with local products as a bonus. Keep it up. Perfect.

Our family had a very peaceful and relaxing time at Sylvie’s house. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, garden, pool and seating areas. We knew it was a recently modernised/refurbished and everything felt new and with a well planned layout. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating, even though our language skills leave a lot to be desired, Sylvie and her partner spoke more than enough English to answer all the questions about the house Most importantly the beds were very comfortable and sleeping after a day of cycling around the island helped the recovery. We have been to Ile de Re many times and really enjoy the location, quiet yet enough shops and restaurants close by to fulfill our needs. Already looking at dates for this property for next year.

A dream house! Surrounded by a large plot, the house is spacious and well laid out. We immediately felt at home. The pool was much appreciated by young and old. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped. Fiber internet connection that allowed efficient teleworking for several people.

- Owner Kate is very responsive - I rented all the houses for a week with a group of friends (adults, young adults and teenagers). - Perfect hybrid configuration for all guests with an environment that can allow each or different groups to live at their own pace or to do phases of all together (meal, convivial moment, sports activities, barbecue, etc.) - Very clean and well equipped accommodations - Very nice swimming pool and solarium - Excellent welcome and availability from Rachel during the stay I would recommend it Note the need to have a car to be self-sufficient. No shops within walking distance close to the rental.

Short stay for 3 with a 3 year old. We had a pleasant stay, the apartment was just perfect. We have done everything on foot (visit the Old Port, aquarium, etc. ). Underground parking is a real plus. Philippe is very responsive, attentive and left us full of documentation about what we can do and visit in La Rochelle. Many thanks for everything and we recommend this apartment if you want to stay in La Rochelle for a few days with the family.

We were delighted to spend a few days in this accommodation: it is very well located, very clean, consistent with the photos, the place is quiet and peaceful and the interior is well appointed. There is everything you need on site, the bedding is of good quality. The balcony with sea view as well as the private parking space are a real plus. The hosts were kind and responsive.

Second stay at Patrice's but in a second apartment. It was perfect. The view is beautiful and the studio is functional. We were a couple + a baby. He made sure to provide us with a baby bed so we didn't have to bring ours, it was convenient. The location of the apartment is great, quiet, ocean view and close to the port of Minimes with bike station, sea bus... Patrice is extremely nice and responsive to messages! I highly recommend it.

Dominique's welcome went very well and with a much appreciated flexibility of schedule. Clean apartment matching the description, a large balcony ... a real plus to enjoy the late afternoon. Quiet residence with swimming pool, great for children, easy walking access to the city center with all its shops and restaurants... and the port growing slightly. Great things to do around! I recommend without a problem!

Cyril is a very welcoming and available host. The listing was as described and ideally located. Close to everything and with a sea view. We had a great time. Recommended

ideally located, the accommodation is convenient / functional, slightly far from the city center ( 400/500m) which allows you to enjoy everything on foot and by bike. " master " outbuilding is a real plus. the railway right behind the house is surprisingly not at all. We will regret the cleanliness of the accommodation on arrival as well as the garbage cans of previous occupants due to the off-season collection that takes place during the week . if we had to find a defect, maybe the lack of high / low noise insulation in the house .

We had a lovely sunny stay in your rental, we enjoyed the pool and terrace, the accommodation is very functional, it is well located not far from the coast and Palmyra, we will come back Jean-Paul and the whole family
