The house and its utilities are all brand new. There’s everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is complete with utensils. Great outdoor area. Will definitely stay again.

Ling and team went above and beyond. I had asked him if there was any board games and he didn’t have to but he ordered a bunch of board games delivered to our door!!! That’s above and beyond host. TV in every room which is amazing! My family had the best time we felt right at home! Will definitely book again!!

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view and incredibly priced. Everything was clean and in pristine condition. Hosts were responsive at pretty much every hour of the day. We can’t wait to hopefully use the home again on our next trip to Orange County!

The place is in a quiet and nice area of Long Beach. The backyard is stunning and like an oasis. This house is in a convenient area and close to many activities and freeways. It's an older home without many new updates but it is clean, huge, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay for our weekend in Hollywood. Walking distance to all of the clubs we wanted to go to, and So peaceful. The jacuzzi area was SO nice. We could have spent our whole trip out there just enjoying the view. We basically lived out there when we were “home”. Communication was perfect, making our checkin, and our stay, stress free. Would 100% stay again!

We loved our stay! This house is a perfect option for a family looking for an off-site place to stay while visiting Disneyland. The drive to the parks is short. The house was clean, well-stocked and just the right size for our group of 6. We had everything we needed, and more! The host prepared and sent all necessary instructions for entry to the house and use of the pool. And, during our stay, was very responsive.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in. Beautiful and beautifully maintained apartment with just the right balance of original charm and updated finishings; situated in an incredibly lovely neighborhood that's a quick walk to the beach and nearly everything else you need; spacious patio *and* a little balcony on which to soak up the sun and your coffee or a sunset and wine. Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

This home was perfect for our trip. Super clean, spacious, and a peaceful neighborhood. Maria was very friendly and responsive! She made us feel right at home even if it was just for a few days! Would definitely book this place and with her again; and definitely would recommend her to others!

Alexandra really cared about it our family and made sure everything was convenient and smooth. Traveling with little kids to see family is tough so having someone like Alexandra was super helpful. Plus the place is a gem! It’s close to everything, inside is very clean and has everything you need. The beds were super comfortable!!

We absolutely loved staying here! Very walkable to everything we wanted to do! The bed was comfortable, and the whole space was clean and smelled great! The host was also very wonderful. And we actually found parking right in front of the gate. We will absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves in Long Beach again!

We LOVED staying at Wendy’s place. It was exactly how it look in the picture but even better. I love that it had a gated parking lot with a designated parking and the neighborhood was safe. It was easy to get in and out. I would definitely book Wendy’s place again! Communication was amazing too!

The Starfish Cottage exceeded my expectations! Super cute and cozy, great location, and hosts were friendly and responsive. I really appreciated all the thoughtful details they put into the space, from providing a few snacks, to having blankets to use outside on a cool night. I will definitely look to book this property again if I am ever in the area.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!
