Wile the house capacity is for 20 plus sleeping guest. We allowed 10 guest for The listed price and extra $20 per guest per day, up to 18. You will see a different beautiful (SEA) sunset every single day, from the big patio under a nice canopy, surrounded by lights and warming gas and wood fire pits and direct beach exit.

Also just south of Baja Studios where such films as Titanic and Master Commander were filmed.
