Monthly Rentals in La Martella

We were very happy with the Airbnb. Everything looked very stylish and even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was also very clean. The location is great too – you’re in the old town (Sassi) in just a few minutes, and most places are within easy walking distance. Only some bus stops are a bit more far away. Thank you as well for the kind notes and tips we received – they were really helpful! And one important thing to know: at the end of the stay, there’s a city tax of €2 per person per night for the first three nights. This is a regulation in Matera to help preserve the city. It’s completely understandable, but good to be aware of in advance. Thanks for everything!

Tudor's place is beautiful and special. The view is spectacular and breathtaking. The location is awesome. Check-in and check-out were completely smooth and Tudor was helpful throughout. I highly recommend staying in Tudor's place.

I'm very, very satisfied The house was so clean and it was a convenient structure to organize my luggage, the house was warm, and the hot water came out well. It was also close to the ruins, so I was able to walk. It was the most pleasant place to stay in Italy

Giuseppe and his family were very helpful and gave us valuable tips for visiting Matera. The apartment is spacious and a 10-minute drive from the center of Matera, very convenient.
