Beau rez-de-jardin de 85m2 avec un grand jardin privatif ainsi qu'un abri de voiture, idéalement situé au coeur de la Marsa corniche à quelques mètres des plages ainsi que de toutes les commodités: commerces, bars, restaurants, supermarché... Yasmine was an awesome host and this is a great Airbnb in a beautiful location. I really appreciated the teas and espresso capsules, and it's so nice to have the private garden with rosemary, oranges, lemons etc. (The oranges are bitter but I found the juice makes a great detox shot.) It's walking distance to many great things: 3 minutes to hiking trails through trees with beautiful ocean views, 5 minutes to a great little organic shop called Mon Coin Nature, 10 minutes to Marsa Corniche & lots of shops & restaurants, 20/25 minutes to Sidi Bou Said.

Fantastic stay. Great location. Ticked all the boxes and even better than the pictures. Balcony straight on to the beach was totally private which was a nice surprise and perfect for a glass of wine. One hint - if coming from the UK and you don’t have a roaming SIM …you won’t have the ability to use Google Maps in order to find the property.

Staying at Dorra’s place truly felt like being at home. Dorra herself is incredibly kind, proactive, and wonderfully friendly. Her apartment is not only beautifully designed but also fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s spotless, and you can tell she put a lot of thought and care into decorating it to make it feel warm and homey. The neighborhood is quiet and scenic, with the beach just a short two minute walk from the house. It’s perfect for a morning jog, a peaceful stroll, or even a romantic walk in the evening. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby, making everything super convenient.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Hichem avec notre petite fille de 2 ans. L’appartement était propre, spacieux, fonctionnel, confortable et décoré avec goût, encore mieux qu’en photo ! J’ai également apprécié le fait que le lit parapluie comportait un matelas pour le confort de bébé. Emplacement idéal, situé à l’entrée de la Marsa, a proximité des commerces, restaurants, et de la plage. Le stationnement dans la rue a été sans difficultés, surtout en fin de journée. Hichem est un hôte sympathique et disponible. Le seul point négatif fut l’ascenseur hors service, les 3 étages sont rudes avec un bébé, ou des charges lourdes, mais nous avions été avertis. Je recommande ce logement et y reviendrai volontiers Merci encore !

2nd time here after we got married last year in Dar Mabrouka. Wonderful location with beach and sea very close, 2 min walk to sea. Cozy villa with amazing views and flowers. Close to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Foued and Carolina are highly recommended hosts
