This beautiful exclusive luxury villa (220m2) with a newly installed pool heater is located at the pretigius Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. Guests can enjoy the private heated swimming pool (supplementary charge for the heating) and a large terrace space. It is located on an elevated plot with scenic views over the Mediterranean sea. The house has a modern look and feel, and is very spacious and light. 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Large kitchen with a nice cooking island.

This 130 sq. m. villa offers a lot of privacy with a spacious outdoor area, private pool and rooftop terrace. From the rooftop you have an amazing view over the area, which is hilly, green and calm, dominated by pine and orange trees. San Miquel is the nearest village, known for it's caves and authentic feel. Las Cuevas is a fantastic restaurant located inside one of the caves. The Villa is located near some of the best golf courses in Costa Blanca, including the famous Las Colinas.

Cozy and clean apartment in San miguel. Op 2 minuten lopen van de goldbaan Las Colinas,en bied accommodatie met een terras,een barbecue ,wasmachine en gratis wifi. Speeltuin is achter het apartment. Apartment heeft een balkon en er is een groot dakterras wat voor gezamelijk gebruik is voor het hele pand. Airconditioning aanwezig. 2 slaapkamers , een flatscreen-tv en een keuken met koelkast en oven. Handdoeken en beddengoed worden bij het appartement verzorgd. ROKEN OP BALKON EN DAKTERRAS.

El apartamento esta equipado con a/a, internet de fibra optica, la tele smart de 55. Hay un sofa cama (160x200). El apartamento dispone del parking privado. No hay piscina.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Overall an incredible experience, we will definitely be returning at some stage. Only gripe was the mattress, it was very hard and uncomfortable however this may be our personal tastes here and I haven’t / wouldn’t affect the 5 stars on this villa. We hired a car too and it fit perfectly within the drive way. Love it! 10/10 and 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Excellent séjour chez Jann. L’appartement est neuf, spacieux et décoré avec goût. La literie est extrêmement confortable et les équipements sont premium. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le coin piscine, joli, très peu fréquenté et l’eau est toujours chaude. Jann nous a fourni du matériel bébé, des bons plans et est très réactif. Il a fait très beau et nous avons pu jouer au padel. La supérette à côté est très pratique et il y a des bus même si l’idéal est d’avoir une voiture si vous souhaitez vraiment rayonner dans le coin. Pour nous qui souhaitions plutôt nous reposer et profiter de la piscine c’était parfait ! Nous n’avons pas vraiment aimé les restaurant à côté par contre il y a une bonne pâtisserie/boulangerie française à distance de marche. Nous reviendrons si nous en avons l’occasion.

This was honestly the best villa I've ever been to! It was private, incredibly beautiful and so clean . The outside area is like stepping into the love island villa. The pool was huge and gorgeous. There were all different places to sit outside. Whether you're eating, socialising or even a little hut to drink in and a bbq area! jacuzzi with jets!! The pictures don't don't do it justice! I couldn't have asked for anything more from this experience. The host was the best host I've had through air bnb. Nothing was too much trouble and response times were very quick. One of the girls even left their passport in the villa and the host actually drove it to us with no questions asked!! We didn't actually want to leave the villa to explore/ go to beach clubs because nothing compared to the area we already had. If I could give the villa and host more than 5 stars I would! I've been to plenty of beautiful villas but this tops all of them hands down. It's kid friendly also not just for adults!!
