Located in the heart of the village of Zubia 3 km from Granada. It is a house of 300 square meters, full of charm, where every detail of its original era has been preserved with care. Parking incluido junto a la casa y de fácil acceso. Todas las estancias son amplias y luminosas y con una decoración exquisita.

The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
