Vacation rentals with an EV charger in La Madeleine, Nice

The flat is extremely close to a grocery store, great pizza take out (Bambina), Tram line 2 and very walkable to the old city. The view is outstanding and worth the stay. Both Susana and Marcella were very friendly and very helpful.

Sie war sehr nett und hat top kommuniziert Es ist eine tolle Gegend muss ich ehrlich sagen man kann leicht zu Fuß überall hin Sie antwortet immer direkt auf Nachrichten und war sehr hilfsbereit bei allem!

Nous sommes arrivés en retard à cause de notre avion, Grégory a du modifié ce qui été prévu et sa compagne nous a accueillie avec le sourire malgré l’heure tardive. L’appartement est à 5 mn à pied du tram du port, ce qui rend l’accès à l’aéroport ou ville hyper facile. En cette fin septembre l’appartement était au calme et la température idéale .

Bien sauf le canapé lit qui n'est pas super confortable. Les deux autres lits sont bien.

We had a great stay at Antoine’s place. Everything was 10/10. Great location, nice neighbourhood with lots of places to eat. Special thanks to Rita for welcoming us warmly and explaining everything. Definitely recommend this place!!

Территория жилого комплекса выглядит как ботанический сад, очень зелено, тихо, красиво. Квартира чистая и уютная. Спустившись вниз к морю вы оказываетесь в самом начале английской набережной, у вас захватывает дух от открывающегося вида! В квартире есть все, что вам нужно, словно вы у себя дома, от бокалов, кухонных приборов и посуды до некоторых специй. В вашем распоряжении огромная терасса, где можно загорать. Отдельное внимание парковочному месту. Огромное удобное место-роскошь в Ницце. Нас приняли с собачкой и это ещё один плюс. Благодарность хозяину и его команде за быстрое реагирование на наши просьбы. Мы будем рекомендовать это место и при возможности вернемся к вам снова!

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

位于昂蒂布角，出门就是大海，住在这里无论是在昂蒂布角徒步，去昂蒂布老城区逛菜市场，还是去JLP沙滩都很方便。房东人非常友善，提供了无比详细的当地攻略，包括餐厅、沙滩、超市等等，实在是太周全了。如果下次来昂蒂布度假的话，我还会选择住在这里。

Cindy est très réactive et attentionnée. Séjour très agréable , maison très spacieuse , extérieur très très bien aménagé pas de vis à vis et très très calme . Je recommande ce logement 👍

Mon copain et moi avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa. La plage était à seulement 5 minutes à pied et le quartier était vraiment paisible. Notre hôte à été particulièrement accueillante et attentionnée. Notamment, nous avons été accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et des fruits, et on nous a recommandé de nombreux restaurants et activités. Notre coup de cœur a été le jacuzzi chaud et disponible en permanence, aussi, notre chien a adoré le grand jardin. Nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir durant l'été.

Geweldige gastvrouw en gastheer. Zeer complete woning waar werkelijk alles aanwezig is! Zeer proper en verzorgd! Handig boek met tips voor de regio aanwezig. Kortom, top verblijf gehad, we hebben genoten!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, la maison était parfaite, propre , les critères correspondaient à la description. Le jardin est très beau, clôturé, parfait pour les chiens. Un séjour réussi dans la belle maison de jeremy. Un hôte très réactif quand nous avons eu un petit soucis avec le portail, et très arrangeant quand à notre heure d’arrivée tardive! une literie de qualité, une cuisine très bien équipée, et l’atout majeur, l’extérieur très agréable!

We had a lovely stay. Pascale was a great host. Very kind and helpful The villa was outstanding and better than I expected. I fell in love with it. It has everything you need. The pool was heated too. Tipi the cat was great company too. Biot was a lovely small town with lots happening and lots of places to eat We would definitely return. Note:Quite a few steps as on different levels for anyone with limited mobility

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Stephane. L’arrivée s’est faite de façon autonome grâce aux instructions très claires et précises de notre hôte. L’appartement était au-delà de nos attentes, il était très propre, nous avions à notre disposition tout l’électroménager nécessaire, nous avons également pu profiter de la terrasse très bien exposée. Concernant l’emplacement, l’immeuble est très bien situé (tout est faisable à pied), de plus la résidence est calme et très sécurisée. Stéphane est un hôte très accueillant et aux petits soins avec ses invités, la communication se fait très facilement et il est très compréhensif. Pour conclure nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous recommandons vivement !

We had a great weekend in Mylene's apartment. It was clean, cozy and comfortable and it was easy to relax there. The location is perfect with walking distance to everything in Nice. Super lovely to stay so close to the sea. Mylene was nice and easy to communicate with and we were given access to the accommodation earlier which we really appreciated. Thanks Mylene!

What a magical view from this beautiful condo. Finding it was a little challenging, especially in the rain , and it is quite a chore to get heavy luggage up to the unit, but so well worth it. It’s a post card view from the unit. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping in the quaint neighborhood.

Le logement était très pratique avec sa place de parking et le supermarché Lidle juste en bas. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour et l'apartement est très bien équipé: volets roulants éléctriques, équipements pour la cuisine dont Airfryer, machine à laver/sèche linge etc. Idéal pour une famille. Le logement est spacieux et très propre. Nous avons pu cuisiner, faire nos lessives etc et la TV du salon est grande et il y a les comptes Netflix deja paramétrés pour les voyageurs dans plusieurs langues. La décoration est moderne et les éclairages LED rendent l'apartement encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un grand merci à Andréa et fédérica pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Le logement est parfait, la vue est exceptionnelle et tout est fait pour que nous ne manquions de rien. Nous avons passé un séjour au delà de nos attentes dans ce lieu enchanté qu'est Monaco. Encore merci et à bientôt. Charlotte, Sébastien et Mattéo.

Malgré le mauvais temps lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par le fait que le balcon puisse se fermer par de grandes vitres et nous avons pu profiter de cet espace et de la vue mer. Super accueil par Marie Hélène avec quelques bons plans restau dont nous avons su profiter et pouvons valider !

Todo fue perfecto, desde el check in con Kevin, el departamento que es hermoso y los dias que pasamos en la Costa Azul. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con un supermercado enfrente. Las instalaciones funcionan a la perfeccion y estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias maravillosos. Prometimos volver!! Gracias

Eine absolute Empfehlung. Es ist sauber, entspricht den Fotos und ist sehr gemütlich. Wir waren 4 Gäste und es war absolut ausreichend. Der Balkon läd zum verweilen ein, mit klitzekleinem Blick auf das Meer. Der Pool auf dem Dach , ein Traum. Ausgestattet mit Liegen, sowie separatem Sanitärbereich. Die Lage hervorragend für jegliche Unternehmungen. Und zu guter letzt war die Tiefgarage sehr komfortabel und sehr sicher. Wir kommen definitiv gern wieder.
