Independent studio located in our house, close to the center and available from Sunday evening to Friday morning, ideal for work-study student or worker on the move. This 15 m2 studio, completely renovated is perfectly equipped with a new 140 cm bed, open bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen area. (baby cot available ). Shops are 3 km away. We have 3 adorable female dogs (1 Golden Retriever & 2 Cavalier King Charles ). Bordeaux 20 km away, St Emilion 30 minutes away, Citadelle de Blaye 30 minutes away.
