We had a great time at La Couarde for the Easter holidays. We were looking for a house with a beautiful living space, warm, well arranged and well decorated in case of bad weather, Nicolas's house met all these criteria. As soon as the front door opened, we felt wonderful in this very beautiful house. The kitchen is beautiful and very functional, the glass/glass window overlooking the small green courtyard brings a beautiful light, many extra lighting make it possible to put a nice cozy atmosphere. In short, we loved it!

Family stay for Christmas. Perfect accommodation with a distribution that allows you to have 2 separate sleeping areas for 2 families. Clean place, great location. The bedding is comfortable, and there is the necessary "vital" for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, herbal teas etc....) it's appreciated. Thank you!

We had a great time at Barbara's place which matched the photos and description in every way. Very quiet residence, the closed garage is a real plus to leave the vehicle safe for the duration of the stay, especially since everything is within walking distance very quickly! Barbara has excellent advice and we were warmly welcomed. We would recommend it without hesitation to people we know wishing to come and stay in La Rochelle. Special mention for the bedding which is of excellent quality!

We stayed in a beautiful house, bathed in light and relaxing calm. The spaces are generous, perfectly thought out for convivial family moments. Each equipment has been carefully chosen to ensure comfort and convenience, making our stay as pleasant as possible. The location is ideal: everything can be done on foot, and discovering the city becomes a real pleasure. For outdoor enthusiasts, the bike paths along the coast offer superb views, especially towards Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie or La Tranche-sur-Mer. And for foodies, a detour to the Goulpière Farm is a must: an authentic address where you can enjoy delicious local products.

The Accommodation is very well-located and well-equipped in a beautiful setting. Johnevan is very responsive to dialogue and always available in case of request. Honestly a great host that we recommend without any worries. We will return without hesitation if the opportunity arises. If you like walking or cycling that's fine. We had a wonderful stay at Véronique's. The welcome was warm, she is attentive and thinks of every small detail. The villa is splendid, tastefully decorated and equipped with premium materials. Special mention for the bed, of exceptional comfort! Our child loved the large chessboard in the garden. And easy access to the beach is a real asset. A real little piece of heaven, in complete privacy. We will come back without hesitation! PS: full of nice surprises you will not regret

We had a great time! The rental perfectly matched the photos: everything was as expected. We had a real crush on the view, beautiful and relaxing. The accommodation is in a great location, only 10 minutes by bike from the port of La Flotte. we will come back to it.

We had a pleasant stay in this well-thought-out and well-appointed rental, the most being clearly the proximity as it is located in the city center. Bakery just across the road. The market is a 2-minute walk away. The kitchen is well equipped with a new oven and washer-dryer. Parking 2 mins away. Discreet owner but responsive when we had any questions. In short, go with your eyes closed. Thanks for the stay.

Great family stay (2 adults and 2 kids) in this house, clean, practical and comfortable. The location is ideal to enjoy all the woods beach on foot and the whole island by bike! Maud is very responsive and attentive, it's a pleasure! The only reservation I can have is the price but at Île de Ré and during the school holidays in Paris it's not so surprising. I will still treasure this address!
