Vacation rentals with beach access in La Garita

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Falls du nach einem ruhigen Urlaub direkt am Meer suchst, bist du hier genau richtig. Ein Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto paar Minuten entfernt und nach Las Palmas braucht man auch nur ca. 30 min. Ein wahrer Geheimtipp für jeden!

Der Kontakt mit Michela war sehr gut. Wir hatten vorher ein Problem mit einer anderen Unterkunft, bei der wir sofort wieder raus sind (sehr dreckig). Wir haben uns dann für Michelas Wohnung entschieden. Kontakt war schnell aufgebaut und Michela hat uns für den gleichen Abend die Unterkunft abgeben können. Für den reibungslosen Ablauf bedanken wir uns nochmals ganz herzlich. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön an der Promenade direkt am Meer (unverbaut). Die Aussicht ist wundervoll. Hier kann man abschalten und entspannen. Fußläufig, keine 10 Minuten gibt es auch einen kleinen Strand. Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Die Zimmer geräumig. Das Bad tip top. Lediglich 2 kleine Kritikpunkte: In der Küche haben teilweise die Kochutensilien gefehlt (Schere, Schneebesen etc.) und die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock, also nichts für Leute mit Bewegungseinschränkungen. Ansonsten kann man die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Appartamento molto bello, si trova in una zona calma e rilassante. Si tratta di un appartamento con molti attrezzi a disposizione soprattutto in cucina. La vista sul mare e veramente fantastica e rilassante. Nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato e dei ristoranti. Ana è molto disponibile e risponde in tempi brevi.

A Dream Stay by the Sea. My stay at Silvia‘s & Ingo’s apartment was simply amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the spotless cleanliness and the attention to detail. The highlight? The stunning view of the beach right from the living room, it’s like a postcard come to life. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean from the bedroom was pure magic. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and carefree holiday and more! From a portable freezer with cool packs, beach umbrella, and comfy beach chair to dumbbells, a hairdryer (if you need it 😄) and al the cooking, washing and cleaning basics, it’s all thoughtfully provided. There were plenty of towels, including super practical beach towels. Silvia and Ingo are the definition of perfect hosts: warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any question. You can truly feel the love and care.

Maravilloso apartamento con todo los detalles. Impecable y con mucho gusto. La enfitriona muy pendiente y muy amable. La ubicación espectacular al lado de la playa. Es sencillamente ideal!!!!

Schöne Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, nette Nachbars-Katze (: sehr ruhige und abgelegene Lage, ein Auto sollte man haben. Supermärkte für Lebensmittel in der Nähe und gut zu erreichen.Herrliche Lage am Meer mit Blick auf die Klippen und Sonnenuntergang. Für Interessierte, in Sardina gibt es einen Calisthenics Park im Stadtpark.

Nuestra experiencia, como las demás opiniones ha sido estupenda. Destacamos la comunicación con Bea, que siempre fue muy buena con respuestas y soluciones inmediatas a todo. Por el aparcamiento no hay que preocuparse, ya que nosotros siempre aparcamos gratis en la zona. Si vuelvo a Gran Canaria sin duda volveré a alojarme aquí.

Great place, great views, and great location.

Tolle Lage, Strand nicht weit weg. Kaum Touristen. Geschäfte in der Nähe. Die Wohnung, oder kleines Haus war bis ins Detail eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Es gab sogar Knabbereien und Getränke. Eine nette Geste, gerade wenn man von weiter anreist. Es gibt ca 200 Meter die Straße hoch ein Restaurant auf der rechten Seite(das erste), was ich nur empfehlen kann, reichlich und günstig. Ansonsten war Carmen immer bei Fragen für uns da, eine sehr nette Person. Die Busverbindung gibt es aus Carrizal in alle Richtungen. Bis dorthin kommt man für 4 Euro! mit dem Taxi oder in 30 min zu Fuß. Fahrzeit nach Las Palmas ca 45 min und nach Maspalomas(die Dünen am Meer muß man gesehen haben) eine Stunde, auch alles sehr günstig und komfortabel. Danke für alles an Carmen!

Such an amazing Airbb, location was incredible and was fully equipped with everything you can possibly need and much more! The view was breathtaking, I’ve stay in many Airbb all over the world and I can say this is one of the best ones of far!

Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die beiden Dachterrassen mit Meerblick sind einfach traumhaft! Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Patricia war wunderbar – sie ist eine unglaublich herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die sich liebevoll um alles kümmert. Unsere kleine Familie hat den Urlaub hier in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Lage ist ideal: ein Bäcker direkt um die Ecke, ein Supermarkt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt – und auch zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten. Das Parken an der Straße war manchmal ein kleines Abenteuer, aber wir haben immer einen Platz gefunden. Es war eine rundum schöne Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Guillermo is really friendly and welcoming. He was there to meet and greet me, show me around, as well as hand me the keys. He offers some great tips and recommendations he is very responsive and helpful. The apartment is a great little place with everything you need. It was clean, tidy and had a modern feel, with thoughtful touches and decor that made it feel homely. The location is ideal – just a minute’s walk to the beach and close to the boardwalk, which is lined with cafes, bars and restaurants. It’s also only about 10 minutes walk to Catalina Park, where you can catch the Hop On Hop Off buses or the main bus routes to explore the island for just a few euros, as well as the Fred Olsen ferry coaches. It’s a lively area with plenty to see and do. However, when inside the property it's very quiet. Guillermo was also kind enough to allow a later check-out as I had a ferry to catch, which was really appreciated. I had a great stay and would happily recommend it

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

Wir waren eine Gruppe von insgesamt 9 Personen und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft bietet genug Platz für eine solch große Gruppe und hat eine tolle Aufteilung, sodass man sowohl Zeit gemeinsam im Wohnzimmer als auch jeder für sich im Büro/draußen verbringen kann. Auch gibt es genug Bäder. Die Küchen bieten genug Stauraum und Utensilien auch für längere Aufenthalte. Eine Spülmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Pool sowie die gesamte Außenanlage waren ansprechend und sauber, ebenso wie der Innenbereich. Einzig das WLAN ist nicht im gesamten Haus ausreichend stark, am besten ist es direkt im Wohnzimmer. Zum einkaufen und für Ausflüge haben wir immer unsere Mietwägen genutzt, die einfach an der Unterkunft geparkt werden konnten. Nach Las Palmas sind es nur 15min, an den Strand nach Maspalomas nur 40min, die Strecken sind einfach zu erreichen und unkompliziert. Kommunikation mit Alex war absolut reibungslos, man hat sich direkt sehr willkommen und vertraut gefühlt.

Hôte très agréable et réactif. A l'écoute des nos remarques. Appartement très bien situé avec une superbe vue et de beaux couchers de soleil. Quand ciel dégagé vue sur le TEIDE. Appartement très agréable et spacieux avec une belle terrasse ou passer les débuts de soirées et fin de soirées trés agréables.

Es war klein aber fein, sauber und direkt am Strand was will man mehr. Kann ich so weiter empfehlen. Der Gastgeber sehr nett und zuvorkommend

bonjour, sejour très agréable, rien à reprocher, même le soit disant bruit du restaurant en bas est très tolérable ( il ferme à minuit) les canariens sont comme nous Marocains très accueillants et toujours près pour aider... Juan est une très gentille personne. je suis désolé de l'avoir déranger le dernier jour... il m'a beaucoup aidé... encore merci. appartement à recommander... on reviendra ...

Cristina’s place was absolutely fantastic. Beautifully furnished and decorated with everything you could possibly need. Breathtaking views from the large balcony. Spotless clean. It Is actually surprisingly large for studio flat, nice kitchen and great bathroom with powerful shower. Everything you could possibly want, beach, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, local shops, bus station, all within walking distance. We found a really lovely personal touch with Cristina meeting us there to welcome and give us introduction to the flat and local recommendations. We loved it and definitely would recommended, we will be back soon xx

Wir haben drei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Vormittags haben wir remote gearbeitet. Das Internet war sehr stabil und der Ausblick beim Arbeiten war ein Traum. Die Wohnsiedlung liegt etwas abgeschieden, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen kleinen Badebereich zwischen den Felsen. Ralf war super gut zu erreichen und konnte immer weiterhelfen, ein toller Host!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Anlage und der Ausblick waren wunderschön und größtenteils wirklich sehr ruhig. Es entsprach alles den Bildern. Die Kommunikation war super unkompliziert und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben immer gut einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sauber und die Terrasse unglaublich! Abends hier mit einem Bierchen zu sitzen und auf das Meer zu schauen war toll! Die Betten waren sehr bequem und zum kochen war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten :) die Gegend ist landschaftlich sehr schön, leider ist fußläufig wenig zu erreichen und für Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkte muss man ein Auto haben. Wer also nach Entspannung und keinen Touristenmassen sucht ist hier richtig. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche in der schönen Unterkunft von Orlando! Er war sehr nett und die Kommunikation ausgezeichnet!

Das Apartment und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir haben uns gleich nach der Ankunft rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war ruhig und dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Bushaltestelle oder beim Taxi. Es gibt einen großen Pool sowie direkten Strandzugang. Bei unserer Ankunft standen gekühlte Getränke und Snacks für uns bereit. Die Kommunikation vorab und auch während des Aufenthaltes war unkompliziert und Monica antwortete schnell auf meine Nachrichten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
