Vacation rentals with beach access in La Garita

The accommodation is very nice and well located directly by the sea. However, those who have problems sleeping with the sound of the sea may not be optimally accommodated here. And I liked it. Unfortunately, at the beginning of our stay, slope stabilization measures were carried out on the rock face 100m away, which were extremely loud. But no one can do anything about it... Those aiming for a beach vacation with good weather from the morning should settle in the south of the island, as it is rather cloudy in the north until noon. From Galdar to Maspalomas or Mogan, it's still 1h45 on the road. We'd still come back. Thanks for the good time.

The contact with Michela was very good. We had an issue with another place before, where we got out immediately (very dirty). We then chose Michela's apartment. Contact was quick and Michela was able to drop us off the place for the same evening. We would like to thank you again for the smooth process. The apartment is nicely located on the promenade directly on the sea (unobstructed). The view is wonderful. This is where you can switch off and relax. Within walking distance, less than 10 minutes there is also a small beach. The apartment was very nice. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom tip top. Only 2 small criticisms: In the kitchen, some of the cooking utensils were missing (scissors, whiskers, etc.) and the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so not for people with movement restrictions. Otherwise, you can fully recommend the apartment.

Very nice apartment, in a calm and relaxing area. It is an apartment with many tools available especially in the kitchen. The view of the sea is truly fantastic and relaxing. There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Ana is very helpful and responds quickly.

A Dream Stay by the Sea. My stay at Silvia‘s & Ingo’s apartment was simply amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the spotless cleanliness and the attention to detail. The highlight? The stunning view of the beach right from the living room, it’s like a postcard come to life. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean from the bedroom was pure magic. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and carefree holiday and more! From a portable freezer with cool packs, beach umbrella, and comfy beach chair to dumbbells, a hairdryer (if you need it 😄) and al the cooking, washing and cleaning basics, it’s all thoughtfully provided. There were plenty of towels, including super practical beach towels. Silvia and Ingo are the definition of perfect hosts: warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any question. You can truly feel the love and care.

Beautiful apartment, equipped with everything you need, nice neighbor cat (: very quiet and secluded location, you should have a car. Supermarkets for groceries nearby and easy to reach. Wonderful location by the sea overlooking the cliffs and sunset. For those interested, there is a calisthenics park in the city park in Sardina.

Our experience, like other reviews, was great. We highlight the communication with Bea, who was always very good with immediate answers and solutions to everything. For the parking there is no need to worry, as we always park for free in the area. If I return to Gran Canaria I will certainly stay here again.

A truly unique, special place to stay. The Atlantic Ocean is your nearest neighbour. Minutes from the airport & very easily found. Perfect for lovers who appreciate nature. Such an amazing Airbb, location was incredible and was fully equipped with everything you can possibly need and much more! The view was breathtaking, I’ve stay in many Airbb all over the world and I can say this is one of the best ones of far!

Everything was perfect, the accommodation, the cleanliness, the secluded place for a complete rejuvenation, the Spanish tortilla on arrival was delicious. The host was friendly. I would recommend this Airbnb 😊

The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and the two roof terraces with sea views are simply fantastic! You immediately feel comfortable and welcome. Communication with Patricia was wonderful – she is an incredibly warm and attentive host who lovingly takes care of everything. Our little family enjoyed the vacation here to the fullest. The location is ideal: a bakery just around the corner, a supermarket just a few minutes' walk away – and it's also only 5 minutes to the beach. Parking on the street was sometimes a little adventure, but we always found a spot. It was an all-around nice time – we'd love to come back!

Guillermo is really friendly and welcoming. He was there to meet and greet me, show me around, as well as hand me the keys. He offers some great tips and recommendations he is very responsive and helpful. The apartment is a great little place with everything you need. It was clean, tidy and had a modern feel, with thoughtful touches and decor that made it feel homely. The location is ideal – just a minute’s walk to the beach and close to the boardwalk, which is lined with cafes, bars and restaurants. It’s also only about 10 minutes walk to Catalina Park, where you can catch the Hop On Hop Off buses or the main bus routes to explore the island for just a few euros, as well as the Fred Olsen ferry coaches. It’s a lively area with plenty to see and do. However, when inside the property it's very quiet. Guillermo was also kind enough to allow a later check-out as I had a ferry to catch, which was really appreciated. I had a great stay and would happily recommend it

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

We were a group of 9 people and had a wonderful stay. The accommodation offers enough space for such a large group and has a great layout, so you can spend time together in the living room as well as everyone for themselves in the office/outside. There are also enough bathrooms. The kitchens offer enough storage space and utensils for longer stays. A dishwasher is also provided. The pool and the entire outdoor area were appealing and clean, as was the interior. Only the Wi-Fi is not strong enough in the entire house, it is best directly in the living room. For shopping and excursions, we always used our rental cars, which could easily be parked at the property. It's only 15 minutes to Las Palmas, only 40 minutes to the beach to Maspalomas, the routes are easy to reach and uncomplicated. Communication with Alex was absolutely smooth, you felt very welcome and familiar right away.

Very beautiful place with a great view! nice little neighbourhood and Jorge was a great host. Very friendly and always helpful. Definitely recommend this area and Jorge's place for a trip to Gran Canaria

Hello, very nice stay, nothing to complain about, even the so-called noise from the restaurant downstairs is very tolerable (it closes at midnight) Canarians are like us Moroccans, very welcoming and always ready to help... Cristina’s place was absolutely fantastic. Beautifully furnished and decorated with everything you could possibly need. Breathtaking views from the large balcony. Spotless clean. It Is actually surprisingly large for studio flat, nice kitchen and great bathroom with powerful shower. Everything you could possibly want, beach, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, local shops, bus station, all within walking distance. We found a really lovely personal touch with Cristina meeting us there to welcome and give us introduction to the flat and local recommendations. We loved it and definitely would recommended, we will be back soon xx

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. In the morning we worked remotely. The internet was very stable and the view while working was a dream. The residential area is a little secluded, so it is very quiet. There is a small bathing area between the rocks. Ralf was super easy to reach and was always able to help, a great host!

We had a wonderful holiday on the property. The apartment is nicely furnished and you really have everything you need. The complex and the view were beautiful and mostly really very quiet. It all matched the images. Communication was super uncomplicated and very nice and helpful. We always found a good parking space.

Everything has been spotless. Communication with Alicia, the stay. Everything has been as expected. A modern apartment, with everything you need to be comfortable. The area is very quiet, you can easily find a place to park the car nearby. The community's facilities are impeccable, with direct access to the beach. Nothing to complain about. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment and the entire complex are very nice and well maintained. We felt completely comfortable right after arrival. The location was quiet and yet you can reach the bus stop or taxi in a few minutes. There is a large pool as well as direct beach access. Upon our arrival, chilled drinks and snacks were ready for us. The communication in advance and also during the stay was straightforward and Monica responded quickly to my messages. We can only recommend the place and would come back anytime.
