Laurent's apartment is extremely close to a variety of cafes and restaurants which all were extremely hospitable and spoke in both English and French! It was very easy to commute from the apartment to downtown Paris in about 30min so for us the location was perfect. The apartment itself was easy to find and Laurent was available via the app to help us navigate to the front door. It was well kept and offered the amenities as described in the listing.

Communication with Olivier was always very smooth. From the beginning to the checkout, he was always very attentive and helpful with our questions and needs. The apartment itself was very nice, extremely clean and organized and with all the necessary amenities for our stay. We really felt at home. The location is also very good, with access to several public transport, restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk.
