Monthly Rentals in La Fornace

Stefania and Maurizio are amazing hosts. They welcomed us personally an described their place extremely well. Upon arrival they shared an online booklet which described the house and all things to do very well. The place is peaceful and nice. Terriciola is also a good hub to explore key things in Tuscany. You easily get to Firenze, San Gimignano and Pisa. When there, don’t forget to visit the wineries around. Stefania and Maurizio will happily share their tips for getting around. We loved our stay here! The house and the views were truly as picturesque as it seems in the photos. A dream spot! The town itself is full of local flair and is beautiful too. Not touristy at all. Close enough to nearby towns though to explore more of Tuscany! Overall a great stay and Laura was a kind and responsive host.

The apartment is perfect! Alejandro was super communicative and the check-in at the apartment was very simple and fast. The beds were comfortable, large, and there were towels for all the guests. Everything was perfect!

As stated in previous reviews, ideally located in the heart of Tuscany to crisscross each day to a different place. Parking in front of the house, there is not always space, there is another parking 200 meters away. I came 8 days at the end of December. When I arrived, it was 8 degrees in the apartment. The apartment should have been at a good temperature for my arrival. So first very cool evening... A welcome document and information on the functioning of the house, the management of the garbage cans, the surrounding sites... would be appreciated. No contact with the owner. Lockbox and no welcome or intermediate message during the stay. The apartment is large, functional and has lots of charm. Excellent bedding. Quiet and very nice view of the Appennins.
