It is close to all shops (bakery, bank, supermarket, restaurants, etc.) and ideally located to discover our region: Le Puy du Fou is only 15 minutes away, 1 hour from the Poitevin marsh and 1 hour 15 minutes from the Vendée beaches and so much more. Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

"L'étang" gîte 5 km from Puy du Fou, on enclosed wooded land of 1.2 hectares with private pond. Located in the heart of the village of Saint Mars la Réorthe, 38 m² studio with a double bed and 2 single beds in mezzanine. Separate kitchen with workspace: fridge, microwave, induction stove, filter coffee maker & Dolce Gusto, kitchenware, vacuum cleaner, baby cot and high chair on request. Ultra cozy 16 m² nest, in the heart of our estate, discreetly set under the trees, on a rocky promontory overlooking one of the ponds. Push the door and discover its superb chestnut dome frame, its ideal intimacy, and its atmosphere that is both country and romantic to spend an unforgettable time together. Double bed, breakfast area; kettle, coffee maker, tea and coffee available. Toilets and showers in the campsite's sanitary block, nearby. Sheets optional.

Renovated watermill 15 minutes from PUY du FOU

Water mill of the 14th century, built by the Templars with a long dike on the Sèvre. Upstairs, we offer toilets, 4 bedrooms, one with terrace and shower. On the ground floor, a bathroom, toilet, a kitchen and a living room of 75 m2. The terrace with barbecue is shaded. Allow three nights to enjoy the place (see comments).
