Cottage in the heart of nature, overlooking Lake Moulin Papon. Quiet, just 7 km north of La Roche-sur-Yon (45 min from the beaches of Vendée, 45 min from Puy du Fou). 6 beds, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200, 1 sofa bed in the living room). Cottage, adjoining our house but with its own garden area. Refurbished in 2022, spacious with its 100 m² living space and very comfortable. Numerous walks from the cottage including the Papon Mill tour (9 km)
