Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. This house is a former flour mill over 200 years old, restored in an ecologically friendly and self-sustaining way, and is accessed via a 1-km dirt track. It is located in the Boixols Valley, in the Catalan pre Pyrenees, next to the Boumort Nature Reserve.
