2 Couples with 2 kids each, it was perfect for everyone. Beautiful house, very comfortable and with everything you need when you have kids from 4 to 10 y.o. Highly recommended! Very quiet area. Couldn't be better.

Well-located townhouse with local shops and welcoming merchants... The house is spacious, well-equipped, we couldn't enjoy the pool due to the weather... we recommend this rental... and it's for our next visit.

The exchanges with Chantal were easy, the accommodation is as described, clean, well located, functional and very friendly. Gaëtan, Chantal's son, welcomed us very kindly. I am delighted with my stay, I was able to receive the keys directly by hand, which allowed me to communicate with the host and get all the details! Sarah was very kind and accommodating! As for the accommodation, I have nothing to say, it is well-appointed, functional, comfortable, warm… and the terrace is a real plus when there is sun! In addition, it is ideally located in Niort. I recommend it.

Very clean and very well-equipped (everything is well thought out, there was even a blanket for the dog) The road is slightly noisy and you can hear the neighbors upstairs at times. Check-in is late and check-out is early, but it's clearly stated in the listing. We were able to come an hour earlier which is (3 p.m. - 11 a.m.)
