We had a great family stay. The house is very comfortable for a large family, and it is very well described in the publication. The rooms are all very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It has a very nice pool in a very private setting. The gallery where the grill is connects to the kitchen, is covered and in summer invites you to spend long afternoons. In short, if you are willing to pay its value (comparable to any rental in Europe or even Norway), the house is very nice and comfortable, ideal for spending an excellent vacation.

The house is super comfortable and new. We went with a group of friends and we felt very comfortable. Diego was always attentive to our questions and was flexible with the schedules. The view of the polo field is beautiful and we were able to enjoy the sunset at the house. I would definitely go back!

As a constructive comment to improve it would be the cleanliness, because there were hairs on the sheets and everything was not so clean. But we still had a great time!!

The best place to stay in Costa Esmeralda ! Perfectly clean. The house is new and well equipped, everything is there. The hosts are very responsive. The beach is a 5-minute walk. The location is perfect ! We always feel at home here. I want to go back again, and again.

We had a great stay, we felt very comfortable, all the amenities available and the warmth of the place gave us the feeling of as if we were at home. The proximity to the beach a few blocks away allowed us to distend appropriately, allowed us to relax and disconnect from everything.

It has an excellent location. It's on a main street where you have access to all the shops you need. The house itself is very comfortable, with good ventilation and everything you need to feel at home. The icing on the cake is that it accepts pets, that was the best. A super recommended apartment to stay, open the balcony and see the sea, the best view! The location is great, you have the Coto 3 blocks away, the center around the way, where you have the cinema, the toys, restaurants, cafes, where they sell souvenirs, etc. Regarding the apartment, the kitchen is very well equipped, the refrigerator is old but it does its job. The bathroom is full. The bed is comfortable and hidden, a genius because it has a super mirror. Hector is an excellent Host, he is very friendly and even leaves you up to a manual for the things of the house and useful phones.

EVERYTHING IS GREAT

We absolutely loved staying in this house! The apartment is perfect, especially for families — spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The large dishwasher was a great time-saver, and the view is simply magnificent. You can enjoy the ocean from the living room, which makes every moment special. The outdoor grill was a nice bonus, and although we didn’t get a chance to use all the facilities, the whole area is beautifully maintained. It seems like a shortcut to the ocean will be available soon, which will make this place even more accessible from the beach. Overall, this is truly one of the best places to stay by the ocean. We hope to come back someday!
