Vacation rentals with beach access in La Costa Partido

Honestly, the experience was very good and recommended. I am very satisfied because it came from previous very negative Airbnb experiences....and luckily this time it was extremely good. I emphasize the permanent communication, understanding and willingness to solve doubts....and the depto in exceptional conditions, especially the cleanliness and functionality. I will be back for sure, recommendation guaranteed.

The apartment is very good, just like the photos, super spacious, has everything. From the entrance of Northbeach to the villa is approx 3km. From the apartment to the beach is 10’ walking. It's away from it all, it's an ideal place to disconnect a little, super peaceful. It served us a lot to go with lots of provisions to avoid going out. Costa Emerald has good paradores to eat. Pinamar are approx 20’ of route, keep in mind that it is hand-contramian and not illuminated. From the date we went we could not enjoy much of the facilities but you can tell that it is a place with a lot of potential, clean, very spacious and the people who work there are loving. The host was helpful and available. We'll be back!

My stay at this listing was excellent. The place is just as shown in the photos, comfortable, clean and conveniently located. But the best of all was Daniel's good vibes, always attentive and willing to help with whatever we needed. From the first moment he made us feel welcome, giving us recommendations and making sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%.

Amazing place! We really liked it! I went with my husband and my 8 and 5 year old children for Holy Week. The apartment has everything you need, it's super spacious. On one side you have the view of the beach and on the other side the forest. Super quiet. We walked to the beach. We rested a lot. Inside the property there is a gym, basketball court, etc., heated pool and near the beach there is a pool. For those of us who want to rest, like the beach, but also the forest, disconnect from the city and be in contact with nature in a place is ideal. For shopping or walking, Pinamar and Carilo are really close!

We had a great family stay. The house is very comfortable for a large family, and it is very well described in the publication. The rooms are all very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It has a very nice pool in a very private setting. The gallery where the grill is connects to the kitchen, is covered and in summer invites you to spend long afternoons. In short, if you are willing to pay its value (comparable to any rental in Europe or even Norway), the house is very nice and comfortable, ideal for spending an excellent vacation.

Excellent treatment of cecilia, the house is very comfortable on 2 floors, it is in a quiet area, very close to the center of the east coast for a walk, it is ideal for families with children, the way to have 2 bathrooms, 3 blocks from the beach ideal for walking without having to move the car. The beaches are wide.

Beautiful house to enjoy in Costa Esmeralda, ideal for two families. It's even better than what you see in the photos. Jaqueline is always very attentive and communicative. Highly recommended.

We had a great time! The house is super spacious, the neighborhood is near the beach, everything is great! Matias and Cecilia always answered very quickly, super attentive!! As a constructive comment to improve, it would be the cleanliness, because there was hair on the sheets and not everything was so clean. But we still had a great time!!

Beautiful house in a sports neighborhood. Very comfortable for 8 people (2 families) each had their own space for privacy. Very nice and spacious house. Unfortunately, before us, there were other guests with dogs and the time between our departure and arrival did not allow for a thorough cleaning, which was needed. But Andres resolved it at our request. Andres' service and the house in Costa Esmeralda are highly recommended.

Very nice apartment, spacious and with very nice decoration. It has a privileged view and is very well equipped. I highly recommend it to spend a few days off near the sea.

The ideal place to escape from the chaos, the apartment's surroundings are amazing, several kilometers of forest, a chapel outside that is worth visiting and the beach a few meters from where you have breakfast. The apartment is impeccable, clean, neat wherever you look and has everything you need during your stay. The best sunset can be seen from that balcony. Thank you Astrid for always being attentive, very quick responses and instant help. We'll be back to try out the pool!

Very comfortable and nice apartment overlooking the golf course. The complex where it is very complete with sports areas and spas, highly recommended!

100% recommended. The apartment is beautiful, bright, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Unbeatable location, quiet area (neighborhood and beach), a few blocks from downtown, a few blocks from the Jagüel neighborhood. Special mention for Ignacio who welcomed us and was always available to communicate. Also thanks to Daniel for his kindness when we left, and the opportunity they gave us to stay a few more hours due to the luggage issue. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can.

We loved the apartment. Excellent location. The host is very helpful. The patio with grill and laundry room is not shared but is a hallway with the neighbors of the apartment next door, it is a small detail but does not alter the stay. We definitely suggest it
