The apartment is located four blocks from the beach on Calle 40 and Calle 7, three blocks away is the pedestrian street, one block away is Plaza de las Tonnas, on the corner is Avenida 7 where the school passes to go to Santa Teresita. In front of the plaza there is a 24-hour mess hall.
