Kid-friendly vacation rentals in La Condesa

This place is truly special, and Alejandro is such a kind host. I loved the high ceilings, my own little balcony, and how everything was super clean. Coming home to this oasis after busy city days was very relaxing, and I could sleep with the window open. Everything was so well taken care of that I could walk around the entire townhouse barefoot without feeling any dust. Alejandro welcomed me personally and even carried my heavy luggage upstairs. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back on my next trip to CDMX.

We had a great stay at Yess and Eli's guesthouse. It was in a lovely neighborhood with lots of coffee, food and bars to visit. The kitchen was well-equiped with a great coffee machine. And our room was as described, with a spacious and private balcony. We would recommend!

Laura was excellent at communicating and shows genuine concern for her guests during their stay. This Airbnb is in a prime location close to shops, restaurants, and parks, so I highly recommend it.

This place is an absolute gem. We couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect accommodation during our weeks in Mexico City. The house is situated in the backyard of Mateo‘s and Ana‘s home, everything is decorated with attention to detail and a great sense of style. The house had everything we needed for our stay, which lasted several weeks. The neighborhood (Coyoacán) was our favorite in all of Mexico City as it is safe, has a lot of parks, restaurants and coffee places (and of course the Frida Kahlo Museum) but is not as gentrified as the north. Mateo and Ana are wonderful people and great hosts. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb.

Absolutely loved this apartment! Shawn is a fantastic host! Lots of space and unique details, a historic building with hardwood floors and a beautiful bathroom. Easy ride to and from the airport as well.

This apartment was well worth the visit! Everything looked exactly like the pictures, the terrace was lovely, and the furnitures and amenities were well maintained. The building was very safe and private with 24 hours doorman, and the neighborhood was peaceful and full of great restaurants and coffee shops. Mariana was very responsive and provided a lot of recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

Gaston’s place was in a phenomenal location in La Condesa - easy access to food and drinks and just a few tree-lined blocks from the Bosque. The apartment was comfortable and the decoration playful. Only real downside the water filter in the kitchen was out of commission during our stay. We had a wonderful time in CDMX and Gaston’s place made it easy to explore the city.

Susana’s place was fantastic & she a fantastic host. She was super communicative throughout our stay & allowed us to check out late since our flight was later in the evening. The neighborhood was extremely walkable with lots of great restaurants nearby. The bed was super comfortable & we got the best sleep! Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

Everything as described! Awesome place in a great location. Loved the hammock and the keyboard and the bluetooth speaker (I don't play guitar, sadly). LOU coffee bar became a favourite, just down the road, as did oly restaurant, opposite. Amsterdam 15 min walk away. Tons of great restaurants nearby, like gente de barro for breakfast and NIV for dinner / cocktails. Highly recommended.

This Airbnb was so cute! Very great location and the restaurant right downstairs was perfect and good for allergy friendly options! It’s on the third floor which for us wasn’t a problem but if you have a hard time with stairs or have a lot of luggage, is something to consider. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable it could probably use a topper, but was very firm if that’s your preference. The shower also had some sharp corners so toes beware because I stubbed mine at least 4 times. But beautiful styling and art and the couch was very comfortable. No TV but that didn’t matter to us. Lots of windows for good airflow and this place does have AC for the hot months which did come in handy for us! Overall it was nice to stay in such a beautiful Airbnb, you can tell creatives put this place together and it added to the warm vibes. I also love a small window in the bathroom for natural light. Location was great we walked most places or took an uber for pretty cheap. Would definitely stay again!

Condesa is a beautiful neighborhood. Humberto's place is a convenient to parks, shops, cafes, restaurants, museums and the metro. I particularly loved Chapultapec park. Humberto's apartment is nicely decorated and has everything you need for a stay in Mexico City.

This place is perfect for solo travelers. I spent a week here and would do it again. Check-in was easy and I was able to drop my bags off early with the doorman. The apartment itself is in a beautiful gated complex tucked on the side of a not-so-busy street. The unit is on the smaller side but definitely enough space for one person to be comfortable. Andres is extremely responsive and answered any questions I had in minutes.

Margarita's place was incredible and in the perfect location. The place was clean, bright, and very large. The bedroom was quiet and comfortable. Margarita was flexible with letting us check in a bit early and even checking out late. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here.

Victor’s place was great. It was in prime location to all the local restaurants and cafes. The home was very secure and we felt safe. Check in was flexible and we were able to drop off our stuff early and explore while the cleaners finished up. The home had lots of amenities and was spacious for our group of 3.

Maria Luisa's place is a gem. And so is she! The apartment is spacious, bright, modern and well appointed. The kitchen is impressively well-stocked with cooking needs. The bed is incredibly comfortable. It is located in a lovely neighbourhood, near numerous restaurants, with a large grocery store one-half block away, and a subway stop within 5 minutes walk. All in all, a wonderful place from which to explore Mexico City. Maria Luisa is truly a great host, she obviously cares about her guests and to make their stay enjoyable. As an example, this is the only AirBnb location where we found a first-aid kit in the bathroom. Maria Luisa obviously is focused on her guests' comfort . She is very responsive, and is proactive in providing guests with information. There was an earthquake drill during our stay. She took the time to warn us, so we would not be alarmed when it happened. We greatly enjoyed out stay and definitely will select this place again when we return to DCMX.

Such an amazing stay! Fantastic location, Judit was very responsive and allowed us to check in an hour earlier. She knew we needed lockers for checkout and was extremely proactive and letting us know. The place was near all the restaurants and bars we wanted to checkout and in a safe neighborhood. Space was just like photos and very clean!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect—close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Easy access to Roma. I was working remote, the WiFi was perfect. And the plants on the balcony made for a great background. The area is beautiful. Completely safe neighborhood made for some lovely late night walks. Only issue I had was mosquitos were getting inside. We found a hole in a screen on one window where they were getting in. Art personally came and fixed the screen himself. And presto, no more mosquitos! Overall, it was a great stay.

We loved our stay at Alison’s place. This is the perfect apartment to feel like a local in Condessa. Located right on the park, it’s convenient to many great shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious, beautiful, and had everything we needed. There is also a Walmart grocery store steps away to grab essentials. I stayed here for a week with my family (3 couples) and we loved coming back from being out in the city to sit by the big open windows and lounge in the hammock. Alison was super responsive and helpful and we appreciated all of her local recommendations.

Alex’s place was wonderful, everything matched the description. He was very communicative and attentive. The apartment itself was quiet at night which is nice because the city is loud. Great location, and super walkable to different restaurants around the area. I would stay here again!
