Vacation rentals with a patio in La Condesa

My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon for 2 nights. Location was great, many street vendor food options nearby and lovely restaurants if they aren’t your go. The building was fantastic, the rooftop pool & gym were a great addition. We would stay here again if we return to Mexico City.

A great location for exploring the city. The flat is really well set up. You will never have a friendlier, more helpful host than René. We had a great stay.

Great space! Beautiful! But be careful of the mosquitos at night you shouldn’t sleep with the doors open.

It has become the best place to stay. Perfect location, excellent security and the apartment and its view is unparalleled in the city.

Randa's place was very clean and had a best layout! Location was great and very close to an amazing bakery called "vulevu", and walkable to wonderful restaurants and cool shops. When we asked Randa to replace a fan, she and her husband responded quickly and we were very comfortable during our stay, thank you!

Gustavo's place looks just like the photos! Great space, even better location. This was my first time in CDMX and it was easy to walk from his apartment to many places. I mean heck it is around the corner from Casa Gilardi. Infinite hot water! Can get noisy at night if people are having guests over. Just be warned the bed is very firm and not to my liking. There is also no AC (common in Mexico but I did not know), but apartment is cool at night if you open the windows. Everything else was great. Gustavo was very responsive. Would likely stay again just for the location.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ari’s place! It’s perfectly located in the heart of one of Mexico City’s best neighborhoods—surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and beautiful parks. The area felt completely safe, even when walking around at night. Ari was an outstanding host; he thoughtfully arranged water and snacks for us before our arrival and was always available to assist throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended!

Christian place is very bohemian, the best of it’s home is the location, amazing place, everything is walkable. The house has the basics, we were able to find ourselves comfortable. I had some details that have an opportunity to change, and I let the housekeeper to know. This place is best for a touristic trip around Mexico City.

The place is clean and cute. The downstairs bathroom has a funky smell. The upstairs bathroom the shower knob would fall off constantly. The place is worth the price, great walking distance to restaurants and in a very nice area. Also the upstairs room gets very hot. This place is worth it to me.

Everything was perfect💯 I have stayed at many airbnbs but the level of communication and attention to detail was next level here. They accommodated all our needs and requests. And the stars of the show were Elvis and her sister who made sure every request was met. Worth every penny and more to be in this lovely quiet safe neighborhood. One of the best airbnbs I have every stayed at. Thank you!!!!

We had the most incredible stay here! Location is incredibly walkable with SOOO many restaurants and shops nearby. The place felt very safe and secure and so peaceful with the courtyard garden views and singing birds. Place is bigger than pictured- a great option for those that would like to have their own space and privacy. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

If I could give 10 stars to everything I would, but the maximum is 10. They are very friendly, the apartment is impressive and super comfortable, they leave you lots of snacks and drinks, the TV with surround sound is great, fast internet, this place is amazing.

Beautiful house in general. Had an amazing rooftop that was fun to use and enjoy. Location is worth highlighting, lots to do, walkable, peaceful, access to so many things. Highly recommend

Wonderful stay for a bachelorette weekend! We had such a great time here — the house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of bathrooms, which was perfect for our group. There was lots of room for everyone to hang out comfortably. We highly recommend booking a private chef for a night in — it was one of the highlights of our weekend! Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 6 days. The host was wonderfully responsive, whether it was for questions before our trip, or to investigate a noise from the store below. Very close to the Sevilla station and walking everywhere. It was off of a main road, so it was a little noisy, but it didn’t really affect us. I do wish there were more pillows for the bed, and we did have to run out and grab some soap for the shower (shampoo and conditioner were provided, which was great) but that was not a big deal. We LOVED the air conditioning, which is super rare for Mexico City. A wonderful location and host, we highly recommend staying here!

Great location at the hearth of Mexico City. The apartment is in very good condition. The hosts are super responsive to any of my questions and requests. During my stay, the only issue was that the building's elevator was not working. Hope this gets fix soon.

Excellent Airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to go to the main points of interest, whether walking, cycling, or by Uber. The apartment is impeccable with just what you need in an apartment with 24-hour private security, which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us with what we needed and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back!

We had a wonderful stay for a girls trip! Andrea and her team were so helpful with check in and recommendations, the space is beautiful and so enjoyable to be in. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious.

We had an amazing stay at Nicolas's place to celebrate my birthday! The view was amazing, the vibes inside were perfect and the neighbourhood was so fun to explore. Would recommend to anyone stay there. There was no AC so it got a little warm on the lower floor sometimes, but that could be fixed with a couple more fans available.
