The "PEPITO" apartment, with an area of 40 m², includes: - a living room with a wood-burning stove, TV and a ceiling fan, open to the fully equipped kitchen: gas stove, extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, juicer, Nespresso. - A large bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), 2 large wardrobes with large drawers, 2 bedside tables, and a ceiling fan. - a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and welcome products. - a terrace and private garden with table, chairs, and sunbeds, overlooking the almond fields, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. - Indoor parking space, private entrance via the garden-terrace. You will have access to your entire apartment and your terrace, without sharing anything with us. We are at your disposal during your stay, knowing how to be discreet for your peace of mind; the table d'hôtes welcomes you for more conviviality. We provide you with the following services in your apartment: Mineral water, heating, electricity, linens (sheets, bath towels and beach towels), high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access, TV, private parking space, and cleaning upon departure. And in winter, firewood for the fireplace: we will clean your fireplace every day and prepare it for your comfort, then you will only have to supply it with logs (from November 1 to March 31 each year). The apartments are non-smoking, but you can smoke outside: on your private terrace or around the pool.
