Nice and large 2bdrm/2bath house for up to 7 people, just 8-10 minutes drive from the beach, malecon and main tourist attractions, fully equipped, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 futon, living room with large tv and lots of streaming options, A/C, wifi, charcoal bbq grill, boiler, gated back and front yard and more! Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. A local maintenance person is on call.
