Apartment is 920 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a 500 square foot ocean view patio. It is located in the Mirador area. This is a mostly residential area and mostly quiet. Located 2 block from the beach. Close by is Mannys, Pink Cadilac Pitaya, and the American Legion. 5 minutes from the Malacon and 13th street. Both are very popular with the tourists. My wife and I are long-time residents and can direct you to anything you need. The property is very clean and comfortable.

Comfortable studio

This is a small studio inside a property with a house on the same land (my grandmother lives in this house). The parking is shared but it is large, it is comfortable, small but very safe, clean and in a very good location. It has a bathroom, a bed, a small kitchen where you can cook, also very equipped with everything you need for your comfort. The location is very good, close to the beach, viewpoint, pier, banks, Red Cross, restaurants and other things.

A well-equipped kitchen area is visible, featuring white cabinetry and a granite countertop. Appliances include a microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Dishware, mugs, and utensils are neatly arranged on shelves, with additional storage underneath. Decorative elements enhance the inviting atmosphere.

Great 1 bedroom 2nd floor unit with straight view to the Sea of Cortez & beyond from interior of condo and from the large covered patio. The condo has an updated kitchen w/ appliances, gadgets, dishware & utensils. 1 king bed in large master. Brand new beautiful walk in shower with built in bench in bathroom.
