This was probably the single best AirBnB we ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed. Eleonora was a perfect hostess. The location was ideal for us--it's just outside the old center of Florence, a 20 minute walk from the most touristed parts of the center, but as a result it was nice and quiet, and residential. The apartment is so well-decorated, elegant...and being so clean and lovely is not a given in Italy (we have much experience and this was by far the nicest in Italy we've ever stayed in). Brava, Eleonora!

Chiara has a beautiful establishment and is a super host. She was welcoming, provided us with useful information, gave us clear and concise information when we required assistance. I would recommend her establishment and will definitely stay there again if ever I am in Florence again.

Very good location (just outside the ZTL, traffic-calmed zone) Especially by car super convenient, you should not drive further into the old town and the private parking space in an enclosed courtyard is included in the accommodation. The old town is also within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. The residential area looked clean and secure. The apartment is a good size for two people and a balcony. Basically very satisfied, towards the side street and inside of the building rather clairaudient. Very friendly hostess who responds in a timely manner. I will gladly come back.

Both the place and the hosts were great. It was very quiet and idyllic, the outdoor area invites you to relax and linger. Supermarkets and restaurants can be reached by car in <10 minutes and the location is perfect for day trips to all parts of Tuscany. Thank you for everything, look forward to seeing you next time!

I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. I can’t recommend this villa, and especially Simone, more highly

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.

This place is an absolute gem! It was so breathtakingly beautiful, that we tried to delay our flights and stay longer! Every single family member was lovely! It truly did feel like home. Such an amazing place. On the top floor with beautiful views over Siena. Lucia stocked up the refrigerator with water, juice boxes & beer and the cupboards with some light breakfast toasts, jam & Nutella. It was quiet and peaceful, no need for the earplugs we always carry. There are 4 flights of stairs to climb to get to the unit.

Sergio's place is fantastic and Sergio is a great host! I almost don't want to say how wonderful our experience was, for fear it will be hard to get in the future. The location is walkable to anywhere you want to be in Florence. The apartment is spacious and having two bathrooms was convenient. Sergio was incredibly responsive and just gave you the sense he was there to make your trip great. This was our first time to Italy and it is going to be hard to find places in other locations that live up to the standard Sergio and his place set.

We loved our stay in David’s apartment. Great spot in the middle of everything and a great place to bring a family. Having continuous hot water along a washer and dryer a plus. David was a wonderful host. Would recommend!!

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. I am very glad that we got such a hostess! She is very polite, very responsive! We met for the first time, but it was as if we had known each other for many years. The house is in a very comfortable and beautiful place!! It is very clean and very cozy!! If I come to Tuscany again, then only to Caterina!)
