Everything was more than clean and tidy, completely pristine. It's the best apartment I've ever stayed. Avelino has always been attentive to everything, he responds almost instantly. It's an apartment equipped with everything you need, not a single detail is missing. It's totally worth staying in the apartment. It is impossible to be more satisfied with the choice of this apartment. A 10 in every aspect.

Excellent place to stay! It has everything that you may need, impecable and beautiful 😻. Location is perfect, supermarket and parking garage right next to it. 2 minutes walk to the beach. I will come back if I have the chance.

We had a great stay at Pedro’s apartment. Pedro greeted us upon arrival, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, and was a very responsive host. The apartment has beautiful views and was within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

We spent a month in Ivan's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, it's convenience - it has an underground parking place (a bit small for a larger car but it's how it is in most of Spain), it has a proper desk and an office chair for work, the internet was reliable and we found everything needed to cook, organise our stuff, etc. Its location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a park a few steps away, another park 15 minutes away, the beach is 25 minutes walking. There are at least a few groceries shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, nicely organised and decorated, we felt like at home. Ivan was friendly and responsive, provided some tips and recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place.

Amazing place in Gijon, with unbeatable location in front of the beach. Check in was super easy, and apartment was spot on, modern, quiet and with all the amenities needed. Wi-Fi to work was also good. Highly recommend to stay in Daniel’s place!!

Have a nice day in surprising Gijón. From 5 high you can see the dogs on the beach, the surfers in the sea, it never gets bored. Nice city and the apartment is in a great place.

Super recommended, from the first to the last day Carlos has always been attentive and responded quickly to my needs, the house is super modern and is super well distributed, and has incredible views of the estuary and the mountain!! You have EVERYTHING less than 5 minutes away, supermarket, kiosk, bars and downtown!!! Even the bus and Renfe station is 2 minutes away. I will repeat 100% with this lovely apartment and friendly owners ✨

This place is perfect! It was our home base for a couples trip to Northern Spain. The location to all the parks for hiking, to places in Oviedo, to shopping/restaurants & really to everything we needed! It was pristine clean, had the best view from the as pictured (but better) terrace, was well stocked & was bright and quiet. The hosts had amazing recommendations & were responsive and helpful. 200% recommended Cristina and Xitin are charming, always ready and attentive to recommend places for you to have a good stay. The welcome was special, with breakfast and fruit. The house is made with a lot of love, it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Very comfortable, practical and clean. The whole place conveys peace and quiet. We found total rest in these 10 days of vacation and we enjoyed every corner of the house. The views of the mountain are truly unique and the location is very good, close to beautiful beaches and endless trails bordering the coast on both sides. We'll definitely be back! Splendid place. Worth its price

The house is very conveniently located, close to downtown, a 10-minute walk to the port. It's completely renovated, and it's identical to how it appears in the photos. There's a supermarket right next door, a bakery... Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street. I really liked it and I was very comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

We really enjoyed our stay at picabel. The location is quiet and has a beautiful view over the mountains. Perfect to relax. A car is necessary to get to the location, but it's perfect spot to depart from for different hikes in the neighborhood. Parking is also foreseen at the location. The jacuzzi is a nice addition to the airbnb. Our host was very responsive and welcoming.
