Really nice place to stay, perfect location

Cameron was an impeccable host before and during our stay. He was very quick to answer questions before we got there about the villa, and had some great restaurant and taxi company recommendations. Pictures on the page don't do the villa justice! The Villa itself was immaculate, extremely spacious and equipped with steaming services in 2 separate living rooms for stay-at-home days to keep the kids occupied when not in the pool. There are 2 living spaces and 2 kitchens which i hadn't picked up before arriving. Views out the master bedroom on the top floor were fantastic. Location was brilliant (only 5mins walk) from the Siam Mall for quality food and shops, 10 mins to Siam Water Park for a days fun, and only a 15min walk to the seafront. Cant say enough good about our stay. Only potential negative for someone may be the location at the top of the hill which could be a difficult walk for elderly or injured...but there are hop-on scooters and plenty of taxis to get you there. The flat is really nice with 2 balconies so you got almost all the time sun, when you want to. It is clean and you find everything you need there. The only thing is That there are cameras installed inside what I didnt like. The owner Said they are only activated when the flat is empty and not rented.

The villa is beautiful, has a huge terrace with a pool with jacuzzi and beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding areas. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, a great starting point to explore the north of Tenerife and beyond. Very useful car. We were a large family group with children and everyone found a place for themselves. The kitchen was very well-equipped, we had fruit, water, and cava on the day of arrival, for which we thank you. The host was very helpful and friendly - he agreed to check in later. Contacting the villa staff very easy, they responded quickly to messages and did small repairs - we were grateful! We felt great there and we highly recommend staying at Malibu Ocean Villa

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful area. The apartment is exactly like the pictures and the views are spectacular! Views of the sea and mountains. The pool area was beautiful and very peaceful with plenty of lounging chairs. Short walk to shop and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting peace and tranquility.

The host Maria is great, always helpful, super friendly and sweet with our kids. We had a great stay in the house and enjoyed the view over the bay and the banana plantation. Maria also provided us with a whole load of freshly harvested bananas which tasted amazing. Totally recommended place.

The pictures of the house don't do it justice, it was to check in and run out of words. We pick a hybrid car at the airport, with the luck that the house has an electric outlet to charge the car and private parking inside the property. The whole interior is super modern and very clean, but above all, I would like to highlight the privacy of the villa, its gym and the incredible "infinity pool" with ocean views, although the whole house has ocean views and Teide itself. The vegetation is beautiful and the owner is super friendly, close and very attentive. We will definitely repeat.

Erika’s apartment was perfect! She is a fantastic host and helped us with all our needs. The apartment is in a great location, close to supermarket and bus depot. Bars & restaurants a short walk away. Lovely quiet pool area. Room was spotless, beds comfortable, lots of cushions and homely touches. Had everything we needed and we can’t wait to come back! We had fantastic holiday at Danilo's place. The villa is beautiful, bright and airy, very spacious and comfortable and in a great location. All the shops and restaurants are a few meters away and the beach is in 5min walk. The hot tab was the highlight for our kids and the private dining and sunbathing in the sun terrace made it perfect. Danilo is a great host, very friendly and accommodating any needs. It's no doubt we will come back!
