1930s house, with 3 bedrooms (3 double beds). This village will bring you tranquility. You have a tobacco shop, bakery, pizzeria, restaurant, pharmacy, veterinarian, car wash, Spar (small supermarket), and gas station. A few kilometers away, in Montignac, you will find a bank, restaurant, bakery, butcher shop, bar, and Intermarché (Saint Amant de Boixe). The village of Vars has a monitored swimming area in the summer. P.S.: Remember your sheets/duvet cover and towels. No smoking

This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.
