Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In addition, the disability tourism labeling is in progress.

Charming studio, adjoining our house but independent, renovated with eco-friendly products. Located close to the river (150 m) and its many hiking trails. Half an hour from the sea, 25 minutes from O Gliss Park and 50 minutes from Puy du Fou, La Roche-sur-Yon 15 km away and many tourist sites will also seduce you. Pleasant 3* House, Private Spa, 18 km from the sea

Old barn with character, completely renovated and located in a hamlet in the Vendée countryside, 18 km from the sea. For stays of 7 nights or more, towels, cleaning of the accommodation upon departure, bed linen, 2 tea towels, 4 bath mats and use of the Jacuzzi are included. Newly restored mill in the heart of the Marais Poitevin

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.
