Vacation rentals with a home theater in La Bocca, Cannes

Beautiful, well-equipped apartment with a fantastic terrace and wonderful views – on one side the sea, on the other the impressive red rocks of the Esterel mountains. Everything was very clean, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The resort in Cap Esterel is very well maintained, full of flowers and offers everything you need: restaurants, small shops, bakeries, leisure activities – all within walking distance and fairly priced. The beach is very close, free parking is also available. Many beautiful places such as Cannes, Saint-Raphaël or picturesque coastal villages can be reached quickly by car. We would especially like to thank our hosts Olivier and Charles – they were very friendly, helpful and always available. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be happy to come back!

The stay at Halem's apartment was unbeatable. Starting with the treatment received from him, attention and help in everything possible, up to the accommodation, the cleanliness and everything provided by him. The accommodation is perfect for a couple and a baby, the space is more than enough and you have everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom to spend a few wonderful days. We read from other guests that the noise was high but for our part we did not notice it and there was no big problem. On the other hand, we'd like to highlight the attention and treatment from Halem and his family. We hired the service with him to take us to the apartment when we arrived and to return us to the airport, and it was the best thing we could have done because of the ease and peace of mind it gave us. He also provided us with directions to visit sites around Nice. In conclusion, we are clear that we would stay with him again if we return, great host, thank you for everything Halem!!!!!!!

Perfect accommodation for a holiday with your feet in the water The apartment is very good, there is everything you need, the residence is quiet, well located next to the beach, the pool is secure and very well exposed, large and well maintained We really had a great time in Saint Raphaël. I recommend it! And I hope to return soon! Thierry is great, very responsive, all the instructions were clear, really thank you for everything again I recommend booking!!

It is a small but very nicely furnished room, exactly as described by the host. All services, such as AC, fridge, washing machine were functional. The bathroom is very modern and big enough. The sofa bed was a lot more comfortable than expected - we had no issues sleeping on it for four nights. There is an elevator in the building to reach the apartment in the 3rd floor. It was clean, calm at night, and very conveniently located. We would recommend this for a short stay.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, even when things didn’t go to plan.

GREAT BEAUTIFUL SERVICE, sunshine all day around the pool, impeccable sleeping, the house is tastefully made and the kitchen is worthy of a restaurateur.

The pictures do not do this house justice! It was an amazing home, and felt very luxurious. We loved it, especially the pool! Only thing I’ll say is it’s about a 25min drive to Cannes, so you may want to rent a car. We ubered everywhere though, which is definitely possible and not too expensive. The house is an amazing place though, and plenty to do on the property :)

Very good stay with our host (what's more, very friendly and always available if you need information) We were on site for 3 days of teamwork and were able to combine efficiency with the pleasure of a welcoming place with a beautiful view. Loïc and the host Helen were very responsive and friendly. Communication was fluent, personal and clear. We felt very welcome and at home. The house was exactly and more as what we expected. All was available and the garden with amazing swimming pool and petanque field made every day an enjoyable one. We are already planning to come back and recommend this place to anyone with kids and pets.

A great villa in walking distance to Valbonne where beautiful restaurants await. The property was exactly as per the photos, very clean and to have a pool was a fantastic addition. We would definitely return.

This was our second time at Fiona’s house. The entire place is coolly and tastefully decorated. I love that there is a tub! Its little nooks and crannies make it a unique and fun place to stay.

Gisèle is very welcoming and available , she advised us on sightseeing and restaurants ...😊 We only stayed one night but the experience was good!The laundry smelled good…and the beds are comfortable! Several nice terraces! To know that a studio for rent is also glued to the accommodation but does not cause any inconvenience ...

We went to Cannes for a restful holiday with options of Cannes centre & nightlife. It was a lovely holiday..peaceful round the house then we sometimes Ubered into town for our evening meals and bars. There is a large shop which was a short walking distance away. The Netflix, Prime and Apple TV connections were a great option for the evenings also. Our host, Karen, helped us with any queries and we could message her anytime if there was a problem. Our dog loved it also…secure fencing and lots of space in the garden for her to run round.

Keri’s place is clean, functional, personally decorated and her own place, unlike corporate owned places that squeeze out the locals. As such, Keri could be (and was) flexible, warm, helpful. Would definitely book again and recommend

A private, specious house and equipped with a nice kitchen, beautiful surroundings and close to the beach, while eating out will require a few minutes walk. supermarket right opposite the place and bus station just outside the door. overall it's a nice place for a ground of people.

We had a fantastic stay in Port Frejus - the apartment is in a great location within 5 minutes walk of the beach and supermarket, and close to the bus stop to Saint Raphael or Frejus town (if you don't have a car.) Located in a nice quiet area, but within walking distance of restaurants and bars along the main seafront if you want more action. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos - everything is clean and modern and the place is equipped with everything you need. Sonya is a very friendly host - she responds very quickly to messages if you need her, but otherwise leaves you alone to enjoy your holiday. We also appreciated the eggs, olive oil, pate and wine which formed the welcome gift. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the Cote D'Azur. Thanks again Sonya :)

The dramont is a peaceful place in June. The train nearby allows you to travel to the nearby creeks, the Esterel massif all ready allows you to do beautiful hikes with sea views. Perfect for us!

Irene has an infectious passion for life and music that makes her an excellent host. She checked on us often to make sure that our needs were met and that we were enjoying our stay. The location was so convenient. I felt so at home and at ease. Would definitely rebook in the future. Very thankful that her apartment was available during our visit to Cannes.
