Vacation rentals with an EV charger in La Bocca, Cannes

Beautiful home with a great location! We stayed with our toddler for a few nights and had everything we could have needed. We loved being walking distance to shops and restaurants, access to included parking and toys in the home.

Stephanie is soooooooo nice, and we all like her very much as she is really kind, lovely and helpful. And the house is also really nice, especially for people who like beach. Cuz there’s the best beach of Cannes which just near the house. And the equipments are really wonderful that I can found all the things I need, it just like my second home! I hope i can come back in the future, and i’ll choose this house again.

We just absolutely loved Christopher & Fabien's place. You can tell they spent a great effort in making that place feel at home, with a kind-of vacation-vibe to it. It's in an ideal location of Antibe, with great proximity to everything you would want to see or do. The house was fantastic, cozy, and peaceful. And the clarity on amenities provided, and instructions were clear and precise. Lastly, they were very timely in and helpful in planning correspondence as well as providing recommendations. Highly Recommended!

We had a lovely stay! Quiet and peaceful environment, close to many places to visit. In addition, the accommodation is very comfortable and well suited to animals. I would highly recommend it!

Great place in Cannes with a beautiful little balcony to enjoy the sun. The check in was easy and Lucile was helpful and responsive. Would recommend the place.

We had an amazing stay! The location was fantastic—close to everything we needed. Eva was absolutely perfect—welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful in every way. The space was clean, comfortable, and as described. The parking was a great asset, making our stay even more convenient and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

A serene and tranquil haven in the hills around the Cote d'Azur, kitted out with all the modern conveniences you could want (wonderful kitchen, heated salt water pool) but with that inimitable French rustic charm and a garden and grounds to die for. No more than 10 minutes from the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan le Pins and the hidden gem that is Le Cannet, plus an abundance of boulangeries, patisseries and hypermarkets for fresh produce all within walking / short driving distance. Patrick is a host as charming as his home and made our family holiday that much more enjoyable because of his humour, responsiveness and kindness. A truly magical Airbnb for all the family!

What an amazing stay with Pascale & Franck! The place is super child friendly with lots of toys and games and the flat is really private with lots of space. The kitchen has everything you could need and Pascale even left us a few little treats in the fridge on arrival. There is a little bakery 5mins walk from the door and there is a big Carrefore about 5mins drive away so really convenient. Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Mougins etc are all really accessible too.

There were three of us at Celine and Julien's house in early May 2025. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thank you both for that. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting extensive hikes. The pool offers a very nice and popular way to refresh afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen is huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Erika & Gio not only have an incredible place exactly as described, but are great hosts. They offer great recommendations and are friendly and welcoming. Their AirBnB is perfectly located in Antibes and a great place for a relaxing stay and centrally located to explore the coasts. We will be staying here again if we come back to Antibes and can’t recommend it enough.

We spent a really nice vacation there. The domain is very quietly located, with a lot of comfort. The owners are very discreet but present and very helpful if you have any questions. Highly recommended for those who want to visit the region, and yet enjoy the tranquility.

A magnificent view, the beach is 20 meters away. A lovely stay. The only downside: no bars or restaurants nearby, you have to take the car or walk 20 minutes.

Great place to stay in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You are 2 minutes from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful hostess.

My stay with Noelia was sensational! The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and nice. Noelia was very caring and attentive to us, she was always attentive to our needs and helped us with everything. I'd go back to his place a thousand times. Pleasant accommodation, very clean and perfectly maintained. We particularly appreciated the private parking space with closed box: a real plus! Our BMW iX1 enters it without a problem, as long as you are comfortable with the maneuvers. Another significant advantage: the charging station located at the foot of the building, very convenient for electric vehicles, even if the area is already well equipped with terminals. On the amenities side, everything is nearby: a tapas restaurant open at noon, another in the evening, as well as a small U supermarket ideal for side shopping. Note: Street parking is in the blue zone, so limited. Finally, the balcony overlooks a small road leading to the listing and currently faces a building under construction, which can slightly impact tranquility depending on the time of day. That said, this does not call into question the overall quality of the stay.

Whether sipping coffee on the balcony or winding down with a glass of Rose in the evening, the scenery was simply unforgettable. Everything was flawless - the apartment was perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing. This place is a rare gem in Nice, offering a perfect combination of beauty, tranquility, and convenience to the Old Town and Castle. We can’t wait to return!
