Our wedding at Villa Cini was truly magical. The venue’s blend of natural beauty and elegance provided the perfect backdrop for our stay during the week and our special day. The gardens and stunning views created a fairy tale atmosphere and allowed to us have both an Indian wedding and an Italian Civil one. The arches ballroom, offered a romantic and inviting ambiance. We are incredibly grateful to have a chosen a place which has passed down for generations and has such a heartfelt attention to detail. In reality villas present themselves a lot prettier than in photos on website. The area and surroundings are beautiful, calm and quite. Place is perfect as exit basis for exploring and sightseeing Tuscany. Rooms and beds are adequately big and clean. Kitchen and utensils are in sufficient quantity. Pool is clean, water warm. There’s no need for a battle for lawn chairs. Jacopo is very helpfull, communicative, serves his help everyday. The place is worthy of recommendation. We spent our holiday time comfortably in quaint area. All the best!

What a great place. Very quiet and beautiful views. We had a great time. We loved the serenity of the place. You do not hear anything but your own breathing😊. I can definitely recommend this house. You reach the house of road but that has its charme too!

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

We are 2 couples in our early 60s. We adored the home. The surrounds and views sublime. We cooked and loved sitting in kitchen as sun set. Ahhhh. We enjoyed a drink in village at a little store. Our favourite meal was at Nazionale (book or you won’t get in). The lady there is areal character you will get to like her. The agricento restaurant also good. Coop had groceries. The village of Radicondolli is just beautiful. We drove to many places from there. Siena, san Gin, the Terma Antica ….. ( warm mineral waters with spa) nice to be spoilt. Try the other small villages around Radicondoli, we did better than larger ones, like castle d’elsa. Fabulous museum. Our hosts Francesca and Lorenzo were welcoming and met us on arrival. Each room was well separated with ensuite each room. Kitchen fully appointed. Italian coffee pot (buy you ground coffee at coop in town), some basic condiments. Roomy showers, one bath, lots of room to spread out. Herbs in garden.

We loved this Tuscan paradise! Perfect location to get to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc very easily (within 30 mins). A beautiful private and quiet retreat in the heart of southern Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning with a true antique and lived-in feel. The grounds were gorgeous and provided a new spot for us to enjoy our morning tea and coffee each day. The pool is only cleaned once in two weeks, but luckily the maintenance crew were scheduled for the 2nd day of our arrival. Walking around the olive groves and hillside were a treat! A deeper cleaning of the house and cobwebs would be appreciated, but it is a large country villa and we know that can be hard. Important thing to note, there are two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the bedroom with two single beds. We were there in September and the weather was extremely pleasant so we did not need more than this.

Wonderful villa. I stayed there for 5 nights with my wife and 4-year old child. It was spacious, clean, quiet, and meticulously decorated— even better than the pictures. We were able to explore Monte Carlo (5 min), Luca, (20 min), Montecatini Alto (25 min), Pisa (40 min), San Gimigiano (1 hour +), and Viareggio (40 min) by car. The pool and hot tub were nice amenities.

This villa and its amazing hosts, Mojens and Suzy, couldn’t be a better place for a family or large group to enjoy Tuscany and Cortona in particular. Absolutely beautiful, peaceful, clean and wonderful accommodations, and Mojens and Suzy are truly the best Airbnb hosts ever. We loved our two weeks here!

Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

Great stay. The host is amazing do thoughtful responsive and kind. Gave my kids presents and a cooked for us. Just the most thoughtful can’t describe her as a host in any other ways. The only problems we encountered was the air conditioning in two of the rooms and a hard time getting to the house. Ask her to send you her exact location bc we got super lost.

Great villa in absolutely beautiful location. Thoughtful touches such as cot bed made up and toys for our child to play with. We were 5 adults and one child and it felt like we had plenty of room and weren’t on top of each other. Lots of fantastic outdoor areas so there was always somewhere to catch some sun or shade depending on mood. Beautiful sunsets from the terrace by the pool in the evenings. Lots to do locally in terms of exploring local towns and villages. The beach at Cecina is perfect for families with young children - lots of parking, sun loungers, cafes and a playground. Also a nice wooded area for walks. Would definitely recommend.

We are a family of 5 who had a fantastic stay. The house is huge and very nice and the view is unbeatable. All stress leaves the body when you are there. Everywhere you looked, there were exceptionally beautiful views. In addition, Lucia and Frederico were so warm people and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!

The villa is absolutely beautiful, even more stunning than the photos. It’s spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Every detail has been considered to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The view is breathtaking and made our time there even more special. We had an excellent time staying at this family home with an amazing view of Torrita di Siena. Great access to many popular hill towns (Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, etc). The house and property are beautiful, very private and populated with song birds and olive trees. The hosts are charming and very welcoming. They provided us with all the recommendations we needed and were readily available whenever we wanted to communicate with them. The house is well appointed and has multiple ways to cook from gas range to pizza oven and wood fired grill. I really liked using the giant pinecones as fire starter. We would definitely return and hope to. Such a precious slice of paradise.

We traveled with a family of 8 and this rental was more than we could have dreamed of. There was plenty of space with bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The grounds were luxurious, and we ordered the grocery service, so the kitchen accommodations were wonderful for breakfast and coffee. We enjoyed the welcome cocktail and evening pizza service as well. The host was extremely responsive to every request and helped us significantly with taxi service as well. We all had a wonderful, relaxing time! Thank you so much.

Superb villa for 12 guests. 10 mns drive to a fabulous town or stay at home in comfort including an excellent pool surrounded by Impressionist views. Teresa is a gem. Pia recommended Eugenio and Pasquale of Italian Show Cooking and they produced a magnificent eight course banquet for my wife's 70th birthday party. This villa holds a very special place in our hearts and the hearts of our guests. Cman you give more than five stars?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Barbara was gracious and great to work with. The house was charming and just as great as it looks on the listing. The property and grounds are amazing. The town nearby was fun to visit with everything you need and lots to see. You are also in easy driving range of the other main Tuscany towns. We could not have asked for a more beautiful setting to celebrate my partner’s 40th birthday. Our week was perfectly balanced between visiting nearby Montalcino wineries & surrounding villages, a day trip to Siena, and lazing about the pool & villa. Monica was kind, generous & helpful from the time of booking. She accommodated all requests and even left a gift for my partner to celebrate his birthday! Will be back! Would rate this 6 stars if we could.

A rare circumstance where both property and hosts exceeded our expectations. The house is spacious with lovely views and a patio and pool for exclusive use by guests. It is well stocked and appointed, including a pool table and multi-game arcade machine. Much appears recently renovated. For those wanting to cook traditional wood-fired pizzas, there are two outdoor ovens, plenty of wood, and a host at the ready to provide assistance as needed. Emanuele and his wife are excellent hosts - gracious and welcoming yet non-intrusive. They had a fantastic charcuterie board and wine ready on our arrival and helped us with guidance and reservations multiple times throughout the week. They live in the house next door, but you wouldn't know it. All in all, one of our best AirBnB experiences in nearly a decade of stays - very highly recommended!

We stayed here for the last days of the year. We were greeted by the host, who was immediately friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful, organized on three floors (the last one reachable with a slightly narrow spiral staircase), very spacious and welcoming. Equipped with 4 bathrooms, one with a hot tub and a small sauna, a living room, a laundry area, a study with a piano and a large kitchen overlooking the beautiful garden with pool. It was the ideal space to spend a few days in peace with friends and visit the nearby Tuscan villages. It definitely exceeded our expectations!

Francesca made us feel right at home. the place was amazing and we definitely want to come back. the property is beautiful and great if you want to play tennis , ping pong, or swim… super fun. Francesca was so sweet, gave us great recommendations, and helped us with all our questions. She even graciously helped our grandma get a doctor to see her when she sick. 10/10 amazing !
