Los Locos beach is 15 minutes away. The Consum supermarket is 5 minutes away. The apartment is equipped with A/C, fiber optic internet, and a 55" smart TV. There is a sofa bed (160x200). The apartment has private parking. There is no pool.

Mountain House

House with unobstructed sea views, 200 meters from the beach. The house is ideally located, very quiet, and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).
