Monthly Rentals in La Alegria, Santa Cruz de Tenerife

an apartment located in a very quiet and safe area overlooking the mountains from the terrace, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the necessary things you need for a comfortable stay. We were greeted by a very nice host who responded quickly to every inquiry, local fruit and chilled drinks. It was a really lovely week stay.

I've traveled a lot in the last 15 years and stayed in many airbnbs over that time. Laura was THE BEST host I've ever stayed with. We had a little car rental issue and ended up having to come by bus to our airbnb from the south airport. We told Laura we would be a bit late and she insisted on picking us up from the bus station to help us get to the airbnb. When we got to the bus station she was there waiting for us and helped us bags and all to the airbnb. I just couldn't believe how nice she was. While we stayed she gave us local recommendations and even offered to take us around the island, we unfortunately didn't have time but it was quite an offer. It really reminded me what airbnb used be like in the early days, a community. After leaving we of course forgot a small bag and Laura coordinated shipping it to mainland spain for us (she lives 2 hours round trip away). The place was excellent, clean, well lit super comfortable, walkable to everything in santa cruz!

We had an amazing stay at Antonio's place. Very nice, cozy, clean and fully equipped apartment with a private parking. The apartment is situated in a quiet building. A big supermarket (works late) and pharmacy is nearby. The beach can be easily reached by public bus or by car. The old city center is at a 15 min walk. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist if anything came up or to give great tips on what to do around Tenerife. The apartment has a stunning view and truly feels like a place you could live in long-term. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, including a water filter so you don’t need to buy bottled water, a really thoughtful touch. There are lots of small conveniences that made our stay even better, like beach towels and an umbrella. Just a 3-minute walk away, there’s a large free street parking area, which was super convenient. Nearby, there are supermarkets and cafes, and it’s only about a 20-minute walk to the center of Santa Cruz. Highly recommend this place, we’d definitely love to come back!
