Acogedor Loft muy bien situado sobre la Avenida Maritima de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Con vistas al mar desde todo el loft y para disfrutar unas maravillosos amaneceres y puestas de sol. Bien decorado y completamente equipado. Cuenta con una terraza de cesped artificial, fibra de alta velocidad y Smart TV. Hay por la zona paradas de bus, restaurantes, bares, supermercados, bancos, farmacia, centro de salud,..... Estaré encantado de ayudarles en todo lo que necesiten y Espero verlos muy pronto. 😉

Loft muy bien situado sobre la Avenida Maritima de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Con una cocina y baño bien equipados. Cuenta ademas con una terraza con cesped artificial para disfrutar de las vistas al puerto y al mar, además de fibra de alta velocidad y Smart TV. Hablo perfectamente Español, Inglés y Alemán. Estaré encantado de ayudarles en todo lo que necesiten y recomendarles. Hay en la zona restaurantes,bares,supermercados, bancos, farmacia, centro de salud,... Espero verlos muy pronto. 😉

Welcome to this very special casita. Built in XIX century it was originally a humble fishermen shop and home. Fast forward 170 years and this little house has been restored to its glory. Located in the centric neighborhood of El Toscal, it is in the perfect location to explore Santa Cruz while staying in an quiet area mostly lived by locals making it an authentic experience.
