Located a 5-minute walk to JR Otsu Station, 10 minutes to JR Kyoto Station, about 40 minutes to JR Shin-Osaka, and a 2-minute walk to Keihan Railway Kamiei Station, it also has excellent access to Kyoto Sanjo and the west coast of Lake Biwa. There is also free parking on the premises. The interior is clean, with few steps and lots of handrails, so you can rest assured. Stretch out and enjoy a space for up to 10 people. Babies are also welcome. It also has convenient access to Kyoto and Osaka, and there are many sightseeing resources such as Hikone Castle, Lake Biwa Valley, marine sports, cycling, Ishiyama Temple, and the autumn leaves, which represent Lake Biwa, and you can feel the unique appearance of Japan in each season. I love this area. There are many restaurants, major coffee shops, and convenience stores around JR Otsu station, which is a 5-minute walk away. Sugar Bay Garden is a 2-minute walk to Japan's largest lake, Lake Biwa, and has plenty of space for large groups to relax. It is located 60 minutes from Osaka city, 40 minutes from Kyoto city, and 120 minutes from Nagoya city by car. The beach is an area where locals walk and swim, and is perfect for swimming or relaxing at sunset. From the lobby lounge, you can relax while looking out at the spacious garden, Lake Biwa, and the magnificent mountains. WiFi is available throughout the facility, making it a workation destination. The two dining kitchens have everything you need, and there is a pharmacy and supermarket, as well as a convenience store around the facility, so you can stock up on groceries and daily necessities. The garden deck is equipped with 2 large BBQ gas stoves and a large amount of garden furniture. There are two shower rooms, one for men and one for women, and there is also a bath with a relaxing bathtub. We have multiple rooms with locks, both Japanese and Western-style, so you can maintain privacy in a private room. Please have a relaxing time in this quiet area surrounded by lakes and mountains.
