The house has been recently renovated and furnished with both new and old interior items. Historical surroundings. If you are lucky you can see wild animals right by the cabin. Nice hiking trails nearby. Tveitgrendløypa (2 min from the cabin) is popular in summer, and has spectacular views of mountains and fjords. Kviteseid is a cozy little town centre with shops and cafes. Swimming opportunities in the fjords during summer.

It is a 20 minute drive to Vrådal golf course and Vrådal alpine center with 15 slopes and 5 lifts. Great hiking areas summer and winter. Good mushroom and berry areas nearby.
