Completed in December 2024, a high-quality and stylish semi-detached cottage with a good level of equipment close to Rukatunturi's services. Enjoy winter nature landscapes and tranquility 1.8 km from Rukatunturi ski lifts and services. You can walk to the Vuosselinjärvi ski slope in a few minutes. The cottage is ideal for families with children - there is a high chair and a travel crib. The cottage also has its own electric car charging facility. Good framework for remote work, 27' screen and 5G internet connection available.

Spacious and bright log cabin in a stunning location near the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi. 80m2 with 2 bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has a 140cm stretch bed, as well as an 80cm wide top bed. The spacious kitchen-living room also has a sofa bed. The cottage has a separate toilet, as well as a sauna department on the cooling terrace. Enabled Elisa entertainment and Wi-Fi. The shop is about 4 km away, the slopes about 5 km and the ski slopes, snowmobile trails and hiking trails can be reached from the yard.

Peaceful and well-equipped cottage in Ruka

Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

A modern cabin exterior is shown, featuring large windows that invite natural light. The entrance is approached via a gravel path, surrounded by gentle landscaping and evergreen trees. A wooden deck extends from the cabin, providing an outdoor space for relaxation.

The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Mökin alakerrassa olohuone-keittiö avotilana sekä yksi makuuhuone jossa parivuode. Parvi-yläkerta jonka päädyissä erilliset makuutilat. Toisessa levitettävä vuodesohva ja toisessa kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Wifi-yhteys, ilmalämpöpumppu, 11kw-laturi type2 liittimellä (sähkö veloitetaan erikseen). Hiihtoladulle lyhyt matka mökin pihasta!

The cabin grounds include a spacious barbecue hut, where you can enjoy cooking on a fire in winter or summer. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are always included with the rental price.
