Vacation rentals with lake access in Kuusamo

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cottage is spaceous and warm, in a very quiet and peaceful location in the woods. Shops and restaurants are just a 10 minute drive away Everything was very clean, and we felt right at home.

Very nice house fully equipped with everything you may need and enough bedrooms for a big family like ours. Very calm location in the countryside at the lake side, surrounded by snow in winter. Fireplace at the lakeside.

Great central place to check out several national parks or for winter sports in Ruka. Anything you need is present in the cottage and it is a quiet area! We would definitely recommend this place.

The stay was terrific. The lodge is in an idyllic spot on the lake in the trees. Upon arrival (for us in winter) the house is nice and warm. We enjoyed the sauna at the lodge and then cool off in the snow. The interior is perfect and complete with beautiful crockery from Arabia. Also handy that there is a washer and drier. The road is well maintained in snowfall. Piritta responds quickly if there are questions, communicates nicely and has good tips. We'd love to come back. What a fairytale this was!

Had an unforgettable stay at this cozy cottage! The sauna was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the forest around, and we were lucky enough to catch the northern lights right from the backyard—absolutely magical! Our dog loved the space too, making it a perfect getaway for the whole family. Highly recommend! Roman was super fast with responding and place was sparkling clean!

Everything worked as expected and the place was in tidy condition. Getting into the parking lot from the boom required picking up a key card, but it also worked out smoothly in the end.

Amazing log cabin in the middle of the woods, but 7 minutes from ski resort. We loved everything! The location, the view, the peacefulness, the amenities and Petri wad the most responsive host ever. Would recommend to anyone.

The host responded to messages kindly and showed flexibility. Great for the outdoors, as trails and winter outdoor trails comfortably 50m away on the ice of Lake Talvijärvi. A short trip to the store and the village.

The house is amazing and had everything we needed to feel at home. Very cozy and clean, beautiful location and very quite in the middle of nature, close to beautiful national parks and loads to do. My boyfriend and I felt very comfortable. It was clean and everything as described. Nature was indescribably beautiful and very quiet as there was no one nearby. Through the frozen lake we had a perfect view of the aurora lights. After a long day of skiing, we grilled in the cabin in the evening and used the sauna. We will recommend this place to anyone who wants to travel to Northern Finland. Thanks a lot!

Very comfortable and neatly sized place to stay for two. It heats up a lot when you can warm it up. A lot like that doesn't warm up in an instant, so it's a good idea to book 3-5 hours to warm up in the spring, and 5-10 hives. A big recommendation for this place!

We had a wonderful time in Finland. The place had invited you to relax. We were glad to have a quiet environment, a little outside of the hustle and bustle. We can only recommend the property.

This is a top-notch cottage in a dreamy forest by the lake. The winter scenery was "Narnia" like all around. All the amenities are beautiful Finish art collections, the dishes almost feel too pretty to eat from :-) You can feel that every corner has been thought about.
