Cozy apartment in the Kungsholmen district. 1 minute to subway Thorilsplan. Walking distance to Fridhemsplan with great variety of shops, restaurants and excellent transport links with both the green and blue line about 400 meters away which takes you to T-centralen in 2-5 minutes. If you go down on Lindhagensgatan, you will also find Lindhagen's mall with, among other things, ICA Maxi, Systembolaget, pharmacy and restaurants. In the nearby area next to Norr Mälarstrand and Rålambshovsleden there is the boardwalk with swimming .

Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

The apartment is in a nice and quiet area next to central station, airport transportation. Within 10 minutes walk you can reach the downtown shopping streets with a lot of malls, restaurants, bars and night clubs. The city hall, old town and royal palace are also within the walking distance. There is a subway station Rådhuset just outside the door. The flat is 40 square meters with great views, the bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and balcony. There is a 160 cm bed sofa in the living room.
