An absolutely beautiful house with a very great location. There were also more than enough play opportunities for the children. The family responded very quickly to messages and thus saved our vacation. Absolutely recommended. I'm sure we'll be back.

A peaceful hideaway by the water. We had a truly wonderful extended weekend at Daniel’s house in Sweden. The place is exactly what we were hoping for - beautiful, peaceful, and with a stunning location right by the water. The house itself is stylish, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and we instantly felt at home. Every detail in the house reflects care and thoughtfulness - it’s clear this is a place made for guests to feel at ease. Daniel was a fantastic host – warm, responsive and helpful throughout. Communication was smooth and kind from beginning to end, which made everything feel effortless. One small note for future guests: the pier shown in some of the pictures is no longer there. It didn’t take anything away from the experience, but it’s good to know in advance. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

This house has an amazing view that beats anything plus a great sauna (you pay an 500kr extra for each sauna occasion). Very clean and classic furniture. Kitchen super well equipped. Rooms feel large. Just a superb place if you are looking for privacy and stunning view. Will come again!

So peaceful! Amazing place to get away from the city. Great access to forest hikes and to Tyresta National Park. Mi-Si was so helpful and proactive; she made us feel very welcome and even offered use of her canoe! We liked it so much that we decided to stay a few extra days. Takes about 15-20 min to walk to Handen/Haninge shops or station through the forest and it's a beautiful stroll! Thanks Mi-Si, we'd love to come back some time! :)

Lovey house would recommend

Fantastic cottage and a very nice host couple who are helpful and very available. We only stayed one night but the location makes it perfect if you are going to be in Stockholm for a longer time. It was clean and tidy and everything was right as described.

We had a wonderful stay at Kajsa's beautiful cottage. The location of the house is perfect for excursions to Stockholm (it is about a 13-minute walk to the train, in total it takes about an hour to get to the center) and the surrounding area. We felt very comfortable and everything we needed was available. The children also liked it very much, the garden, the trampoline and the available toys were gladly used. Communication with Kajsa was very friendly and straightforward! Thanks for everything 😊

Pretty elegant and clean house with public transport near by.

We had a short stay associated with a private party nearby and chose this home from outside walking distance to the party. Very nice, fresh and well-functioning accommodation that I am happy to recommend to others and can imagine booking again.

Nice apartment for a few days in Stockholm :) good communication for hand delivery of keys

Staying in Pär's apartment in Stockholm was a very positive experience. We were welcomed by the lower house, who gave us a tour and helped with questions. The apartment was much bigger than we thought, and really cozy. Everything was nice and clean. We were well taken care of with linens, clean towels, tourist brochures, and a bottle of bubbles in the fridge. We felt very welcome! The apartment is very central and within walking distance to the city center. There was peace and quiet on the street. Restaurant Lille Capri on the ground floor was a lovely place where we ate 3 times. Here we got great service! Everything in the apartment was in the best order, and Pär was quick to respond if we had any questions along the way. Thank you so much Pär for hosting - we would highly recommend this home to others.

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). Very calm and quiet place, around nature, no noise, suitable to rest. Inside, it was cozy like with the grandparents in the summer house, it was warm.

Vincenzo’s place was perfect for our visiting family. He was very responsive to any questions and made us feel very welcome. It felt like a home away from home. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Thanks for an excellent stay.

I stayed here for several weeks, loved everything about the place. The bus stops right in front of the building, and makes travel to and from the downtown core very convenient and quick. The neighbourhood is incredibly safe no matter what time of day (or night), the apartment is quiet and, though small, has a lovely spacious feel. The view is fantastic! The kitchen is very well equipped with modern and highend appliances. I really appreciated the excellent water pressure in the rain shower. The walking path between the street and the water was lovely, even during the winter when I visited. I even found the bed to be extremely comfortable, and that is saying a lot since I sleep on a Tempurpedic at home and have a bad back. Benjamin was a great host. I would definitely return, and think this is a jewel of a place to stay!

Peter and Malin were wonderful hosts that were always very responsive to our texts and last minute requests! Their place was spotless, cozy and has a very well equipped kitchen. The highlight of our stay was the hot tub that overlooked the sunset and the sea. It was the perfect 2-night getaway destination!

Extremely pleasant stay, everything we needed for a perfect forest retreat was there. Mattias went out of his way to give us helpful advice. Location also lends itself well for daytrips to Stockholm (using the commuter's train, for instance). Well recommended and would be happy to visit again!

A great very well-equipped little house with a fantastic view of the sea. We would like to come back at any time.

We had a great time on the island. For us, a small family with two children, the small house was the perfect compromise between being in the city, but also having the possibility to be in nature. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The fact that we could use the canoe, was a very nice extra. It gave us the possibility to do something active rather than just being in the city of Stockholm. The ferry to the mainland, which is included in the public transport, was also nice for us to take. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Michael!

Very cool place to stay close to stockholm to experience the quite "postcard sweden" but at the same time you can get to the centre of stockholm in about 30 minutes. We used the row boats all the time - very quick, independent and natural way to get to the island. The cabin is cozy, clean and has all the essentials you need. It was a super relaxing stay and we really enjoyed it.

Well, look no further if you want to relax and enjoy the most wonderful retreat on the Stockholm Archipelago. This is it! This property is simply a delight. It offers historic charm and character but is so well furbished. The bed is so comfortable as are the living room chairs. The burner was a real treat. Our hosts were just the best...allowed us privacy but always responded to any request. This was a great base to explore the area either by foot, locally, or by car across the Archipelago. Stockholm by ferry was so easy. If you want to self-cater, the supermarket is only 3 minutes walk away and satisfies most needs. Quite simply we didn't want to leave. We would without question return if opportunity arose.

Absolutely wonderful place with private sauna and entrance to the lake. Andres and his son are extremely friendly and always responsive. Easy to get there with Uber, walking distance to Gustavsberg with porcelain fabric and shops and nice cafes and restaurants. We will be back again!

We loved our stay! The location is beautiful with nice walks nearby. The cottage is very well equipped. The sauna and wharf are picturesque. Ulla and Karl-Gustav are the most fantastic hosts. Very kind, responsive and available but also respect the space. We would love to come back!
