Large bright newly renovated apartment of 80 sqm with sea view from all rooms. Large balcony with sofa and dining area with a sea view. Only about 75 meters from the ocean and Fisketången's popular swimming area, which has a kiosk and a crab-eating pier. Our house is located on a quiet street and it is about 1.5 km down to Kungshamn center where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor. Note: Final cleaning is not included! Towels and sheets are not included.

Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Silence prevails in the evening, but if you want nightlife, take a taxi boat from the city center straight up to Smögenbryggan with bustling crowds in summer and silence in winter.

Rent our brand new apartment on cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 meters to the cliffs and 100 meters to the jetty, our 3rd floor apartment has many beds and a large balcony with sea views. From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.

The apartment is in a quiet area with only a few minutes' walk to the nearest swimming and restaurants, as well as the Zita boat that in the summer takes you over to Smögenbryggan and/or the Hållöexpressen that takes you to the west coast's finest swimming. All seasons have their charm ~ Fresh winds and a calm pace in autumn and winter.

Då har du kommit rätt! Här vaknar man upp i fridfull miljö med morgondoppet i havet endast ca 600 meter bort eller i den uppvärmda poolen. In till centrum tar man sig enkelt där finner man ett utbud av caféer, restauranger, butiker, matvaruhandel och övrig service såsom apotek, blomsterhandel och frisör.
