Large bright newly renovated apartment of 80 sqm with sea view from all rooms. Large balcony with sofa and dining area with a sea view. Only about 75 meters from the ocean and Fisketången's popular swimming area, which has a kiosk and a crab-eating pier. Our house is located on a quiet street and it is about 1.5 km down to Kungshamn center where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor. Note: Final cleaning is not included! Towels and sheets are not included.

Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Here you live in an apartment with two bedrooms with real beds, kitchen and living room in one and a fully tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. Private patio with a charcoal grill and seating furniture as well as parking space right at the entrance to the apartment. TV with extended channel selection and Wi-Fi. Two bicycles are available to borrow. Smoking and pets are not allowed. A playground is near the apartment.

Enjoy all year round in a unique picturesque environment. Quiet, walkable area with accommodation near the sea, about 100 meters to swimming. Center with shops, restaurants, pubs, shops, health center, bus stop takes about 15 minutes to walk to or bring a picnic to Klåvholmen, 5 minutes via Pontonbro. Enjoy from a distance the boats passing by Havets E6. Silence prevails in the evening, but if you want nightlife, take a taxi boat from the city center straight up to Smögenbryggan with bustling crowds in summer and silence in winter.

Cozy Apartment in Central Kungshamn. Ideal for a couple or family with children. The apartment is part of the ground floor of our house, but has a separate entrance, bathroom with shower, toilet & bathtub. Fully functional kitchen with fridge & freezer and private patio. Balcony in a sunny location with a small yard (fenced so small dogs can run freely.) There is a small charcoal grill. 1 parking space for car is included and is next to the house. In the room, there is a double bed 140 cm wide and a sofa bed for two persons.

Small and cozy apartment in the basement of a central located house in Kungshamn. Harbor, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Only 300 meters to where you can swim in the ocean. 100 meters to the harbor where you can take the boat to Smögen and Hållö. Please note that cleaning is not included in the price. Modern appartment located on Smögen with all necessary amenities as well as a fantastic view and close access to bathing areas. 2 People will live here comfortably but up to 4 people can stay here using my sofa bed.
