Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Newly renovated house with a central location on Smögen. The entrance floor has a fully equipped kitchen with exit to the south-facing balcony. The balcony has a gas grill and outdoor furniture. In the hallway, there is a guest toilet. The upper floor has 4 bedrooms, with a total of 6 beds, as well as a small extra room that can be used for a sleeping area. Bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, washing machine, dryer and exit to a balcony. There is also a drying rack, ironing board and iron. Parking for two cars on the property (see picture parking)
