Unbeatable sunsets! Close to the old coastal community of Skalhamn with natural harbor, large marina and restaurant. Grocery stores, restaurants, Havets hus etc. are in Lysekil. 12 minutes by car. Choose between natural beaches, cliffs and child-friendly swimming. 5 minutes by car. Hiking trails and golf course in the nearby area. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Newly renovated basement apartment in Sotenäs. The house is located on Örn, 10 km from Kungshamn. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walking distance. At 20-30 min walking distance there is Bua heath nature reserve and two nice sandy beaches. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Entrance from the garden, under the stairs. Parking space is at the front of the house, facing the street. Please note that there is no TV/wifi and that the ceiling is low. Parking for three cars and possibility to charge electric car (at cost). Guests bring own bed linen and towels. Cleaning is done by the guest themselves

Larger patio is available in the garden with large social areas. 4 bedrooms as well as 2 living rooms and a dining area. Newly renovated toilet with shower is upstairs and an older toilet/bathtub in the basement (and washing machine). There are 9 beds and the house is just right for two families. Two beds are a bunk bed- best for children.

Huset är en sommarstuga byggt 1950 och är renoverat och utbyggt 1980, renoverat igen 2000 och senaste renovering 2022. En typisk sommarstuga i rustik miljö inrett med modern kök och moderna toaletter. Inredningen är rustik och smakfullt.
